The city center (market square) is a 15-minute walk. You'll feel right at home. You live climate-neutral. Our place (about 41 square meters) is good for couples, solo and business travelers. Extensive amenities available. The garden is also open to guests, but currently limited in use.

A bakery is steps away. Restaurants are within walking distance in the village. Memmingen city center is less than 4 kilometers away. Buxheim is an excellent starting point for hikes and bike tours. Various ski resorts can be reached within a short time by car.

Thanks to the good location and the good transport connections, we are perfectly located for excursions to Munich, Ulm, Lindau, Kempten and the Alps.

We, four friends, used Marcus’ place for a small reunion and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The furnishings are stylish and of high quality, with many comfortable seating and lounging options. Particularly noteworthy are the fantastic views, the open fireplace and the spacious sauna – true highlights for those seeking relaxation. If you are looking for a special Airbnb experience in a relaxed atmosphere, I can fully recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful, clean and modern apartment, which is also ideal for longer stays due to the washer-dryer and kitchen. In addition, the hostess is friendly, courteous and responds quickly. Check-in and check-out were also flexible and uncomplicated. We'd love to come back!
