Eudora-Private apartment on secluded wooded lot

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.

The Wayside

This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.

This simple 1 bed room 1 bathroom space has everything you would need for an easy stay. Private entrance, on-property parking, coffee station, mini fridge, ( no full kitchen unfortunately ) free WIFI, a TV with Roku, desk, queen sized bed + Futon. the porch area/outside is a common area with the downstairs tenant, but there is a grill and a fire pit in the side yard.
