House holiday rentals in Butler County

What a great stay! The hot tub was one of the nicer ones that I have seen at rental properties ... it was large and in great shape. It was also hot when we arrived. There were plenty of towels for the pool and hot tub. The place is also very close to Kings Island (less than ten minutes). We also really liked that there were two separate areas for a fire (fire pit and a chimney stove). We did not use the extra gaming space shed, but it looked like it would be great for kids.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

The place was very quaint & clean. We loved the small town feel & the restaurants were really good! The beds were comfortable & kitchen had all the stuff you needed for a great stay! We really enjoyed ourselves & look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

Our family of 20 had such a great time. This historic home has been beautifully restored, and we could see and appreciate its original aspects. The staircase, the high ceilings, and the gorgeous decor took us back in time. The updates were much appreciated as well - the swimming pool, the standup video games, the pool table, as well as the updated kitchen. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming and then walking down to the corner ice cream shop!

I had stayed here once before as a guest, so when I needed to travel to Cinci again it was an obvious choice. I received detailed instructions before checking in - so the only reason I couldn't leave a review on responsiveness was because all questions I could have had were answered ahead of time! The place is clean and spacious, and the area is quiet with a lot of street parking (we found it easier to just park on the street in front of the house most of the time, but having the garage parking was helpful as well). I didn't take advantage of the nearby amenities, but Top Golf was within walking distance and I believe some restaurants and shops were as well - I can confirm though that there were plenty of delivery options :) Overall it was another great stay and I highly recommend it!

Wow! Such a great host. Tyianna responded within minutes when an issue arose. Beautiful home, spotless, warm and welcoming. Had three kiddos with us and there was so much to do. The game room in the lower lever, numerous board games, and of course the pool. We swam every day! We were extremely happy with our stay and will probably check on renting it again next summer, thank you Tyanna! Chris Hintz

Beautiful home interior. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. All the lights were on when we arrived which was very welcoming. Everything we needed was there and it was a wonderful stay. We had a few questions while there and the response time was almost immediate. Highly recommend.

We had a great week! Exactly what we were looking for and in a great location! Courtney was amazing and very responsive.

This was a great stay for my mom and I while we swapped kids for the summer. We wanted something that felt comfortable and relaxing since we had several days planned at Kings Island with our nearby family. This was perfect! Close to so much, yet tucked away and sooo cozy inside. One of my best rested jouneys I have had in a while. Thank you for being such an accommodating host!

Brian was a great communicator and his place was perfect for the weekend! It was walking distance to several great food locations/ breweries. We would definitely stay here again.

Drew’s place was perfect for our stay in Hamilton. Nice patio, clean kitchen, comfy beds and plenty of parking by the house. We’d definitely stay there again on our next trip to Ohio.

Danielle was very responsive and friendly. She was helpful in the lead up to check-in with instructions on how to access the house. Great bargain for what you get, and I highly recommend others use it who plan to play at Spooky Nook like we did.

Everything was great here! Easy check in! Clean! Would definitely book again. Only little issue was the train that ran by was loud at times. It didn’t bother me much but I’m not a light sleeper, lol. Thank you for letting us stay Megan & Blake!

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

This was a great place to stay. There was enough room for my kids to spread out and have their own rooms.

Stayed here a few days for my daughter’s basketball tournament. The hosts were very good communicators and responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner. The place itself was beautiful, extremely clean, great furnishings, and super comfy beds. If I am ever up in this area again, I will definitely stay here.

The house was perfect accommodated us perfectly great stay great find great neighborhood lots of space decorated beautifully only thing it rained 2 days if a roof was over the BBQ deck it would have been more usable but other than that I would definitely stay again perfect home pics and reviews didn't lie.

This is a beautiful place to stay. It’s conveniently located in downtown Hamilton and easy to get to. There is a full kitchen and a fair sized bathroom with a shower. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. Will definitely stay here again.
