Townhome holiday rentals in Butler Beach

Ken’s place was exactly as advertised! It was quiet. The pool was sparkling clean. We loved being on the waterfront with kayaks. The views from the balcony were fantastic. We saw a dolphin, sea turtle, pink spoonbills and lots of other birds. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There are many food places to choose from close by. Downtown is also close by. We will definitely return!

Amazing location! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, beachy, sufficiently spacious for 5 adults, and very well stocked. The outdoor shower was private, large, and had good water pressure/heat and splinter-free flooring. We did not miss having a second full bathroom at all. The backyard was lovely, and we could see a bit of the water from the balcony of unit A. The pool was warm and clean. There were pool toys, chairs, a great umbrella, and various items to make us comfortable, including dishwasher pods, coffee filters, and salt/pepper/oil, etc. left from prior guests, which is so much better than corporate-run airbnbs that get emptied after every stay and leave you with nothing. One could cook a real meal in the the kitchen, as it was surprisingly spacious and well stocked with basic supplies, tools, cutlery, plates, etc. Sharing the yard and property was no issue at all. It felt surprisingly private. Sharon was a perfect host. Friendly, responsive, but not intrusive. A+ stay!

We really enjoyed the condo. When we walked in, it was very clean and it looked just like the pictures he posted. The walk to the beach was super short.

Great location in St. Augustine just minutes away from excellent restaurants and other fun activities. Clean pet friendly place to stay, Direct access to the beach just feet from the house, Showers outside to wash off sand and excellent value! Also Host was very responsive and accommodating! St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

Lovely townhome with incredible access to all the wonderful ocean adventures on Vilano Beach! Michael and Anne are great hosts as well!

This condo exceeded all our expectations! It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and more. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The beach view and access were even better than we imagined—just steps away, with stunning views right from the condo. This is truly the best place we’ve ever stayed at in Florida! We were so sad to leave and would come back again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious. All of the decorations and items had their own story. A lot of thought, care and effort was put into creating the ambiance of this home. It exceeded our expectations.

I cannot stress how wonderful and amazing John's place is!! You look at the ocean all day long, its right there, its so good. The balconies overlooking the ocean are really fantastic. The kitchen is even better than in the photos, he has literally everything you could ever want or need for cooking: oils, seasonings, utensils, cookware, a colander, pots, knives, you name it. There's even some nice glass tupperware for storing your food in a pinch. The bedrooms are nice and cozy, beds are comfy. Walk-in closet is a nice bonus and great for unloading all your stuff for the week. Bathrooms are fine and bright. We didn't get to use the pool due to a tropical storm that brought lots of clouds, wind and rain for most of our trip, but we did get ocean and sand in a few days and beach access is extremely close. TV is fun when you need a break. He has games, books, even fun cocktail accessories! Bottle of wine was a nice welcoming touch. We want to go back already!!! Best. AirBnB. EVER.

We recommend the property and the location is perfect. It's a small community perfect for relaxing and having fun, close to restaurants and the beach.

The moment I stepped into this lovely space I was at peace. Words fail me to describe the welcome experienced every time I returned to this home throughout my stay in the area. Attention to detail was evident and extremely appreciated after long days exploring surrounding areas and towns. I would love to be able to stay here again should I ever return to this area.

We loved our stay! Renee and Aloe were such wonderful hosts and worked with us when we requested to change our checkout date. They kept in touch and were just a joy to get to know. The condo is lovely with a charming retro vibe. It was very comfortable and quiet. The location could not be beat & people were so friendly too. We were so grateful not to only be able to bring our dogs with but we found the place to be VERY dog friendly. We will be telling our friends and family about this wonderful rental.

Natalie and Mike were fantastic hosts. Our stay was extremely relaxing and they were very attentive with any questions. The pool and beach access are incredible and the location is perfect whether you want a beach holiday or to see more of the sights in St Augustine with it only being around a 15 minute drive. We loved our stay and will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!!

The host was very responsive and proactive. This by far was the best home I've booked on Airbnb for my family and myself. It was the perfect location. A short drive between downtown Saint Augustine and Jacksonville. Very quite very neat and clean Also up-to-date appliances! Overall extremely satisfied with my stay will book again in the future. We were down to three places, but ultimately chose this one because Nicolle took the time to create a detailed guidebook—and we're so glad we did! I’ve vacationed in this area for over a decade, but her recommendations led me to several new favorite spots I hadn’t discovered before. The condo was clean, welcoming, and quiet—everything you want for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal: close to the beach, St. Augustine, and beautiful state parks. Nicolle was quick to respond to any questions and genuinely friendly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. This place was great for our beach trip. it was about a 3 minute walk to the sand. The beach itself was much less occupied than other beaches. Not crowded whatsoever. The house itself was great, lots of space and plenty of cooking implements for when we had to get out of the heat or rain. Will definitely be visiting again.

Kim was so responsive and helpful from booking questions through to our stay! The unit was just as described and perfect for our family with two children — being right on the beach and walkable to a variety of restaurants was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and we appreciated checking in with a few essentials! Was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Best Beach stay you will find. This condo is home away from home. The condo is fully stocked and I love the view on the front patio in the morning and evening of the ocean. It’s a great spot for your family or just the two of you! We always feel so relaxed and right at home when we stay here!

We had a nice 3 night stay at Bill's condo. It was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen has a nice variety of utensils, pots and pans, etc. In the closet by the kitchen, there was a Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender, beach chairs, kitchen towels, etc. The location was exactly what we wanted: on the beach, had a pool, quiet community, easy to find. The distance to the historic area isn't that long and didn't mind it at all. We're already talking about coming back again!

Ashley’s townhouse had everything you could need. It’s comfy without being cluttered. And well stocked. I would definitely book again.

This house was so beautiful!! the location was amazing!! We sure hated to leave, loved every last but of this place. If you ever get a chance to rent this place, DO IT, you'll never ever regret it. Jan was a wonderful host, answered all my questions and then some, Jan made everything so easy, wonderful host!!
