Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bütgenbach

The place is way better than you can imagine looking at the pics. It’s an art object. Since we checked in, it took us an hour to walk around and enjoy every single detail. Amazing for a family with kids. So many toys, games and books. Even a puppet theater! Well equipped kitchen if you prefer cooking and baking. Thanks to the host for not using some heavy scented detergent. If you have some neck/back issues, I would recommend to bring your own pillow. And probably slippers to wear in the evening for better comfort. High quality wood is provided and it adds joy and comfort! Thanks for that. Enough towels, outdoor blankets, salt/pepper/oil/baking paper in the kitchen. Also a waffle maker and raclette grill. You have everything you might think of! Smth you need to keep an eye on enjoying is TICKS.

We had a lovely stay. It is a beautiful cottage near the woods. Within a few minutes, you were in the middle of nature. Delicious! Also a great base to visit Bastogne or caves. The days we were there it was quite chilly and bleak, but you didn't suffer from that in the house. Well insulated and nice and warm. All in all recommended.

Our first stop of the 4-week cycling holiday. Everything breathes the atmosphere we love, both inside and outside. 1 night, was not enough afterwards. But we will definitely come back for a few days. Roos & Thijs have created a beautiful place. Compliments! Frits & Rob

We were there for the second time and again completely thrilled. The apartment and the complex are well maintained, clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures. The pool is large, pleasantly warm (30 degrees) and an absolute highlight at any time of the day. In addition, a round of relaxation in the whirlpool and switching off is a breeze. Thank you for the smooth handling and the loving and discreet hospitality. Our 2nd stay at Villa Tropica was again an absolute highlight!

A beautiful place, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, a quiet neighborhood Ursula always treated us in the best way, she is very cordial and friendly The house itself is an attraction, beautiful, we enjoyed it a lot!

What a beautiful location this is! We really enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful view. The cottage is small, but basically has everything you need. The private access to the lake is great, you really have the feeling of being completely alone in nature. Fortunately, we did not experience others walking by. The separate bath/shower area was not a problem for us, it was actually nice to walk there every time. However, the cottage was indeed a bit dusty as a number of people mention, the cleaning may need some extra attention. On the other hand, it was very neatly cleaned up and generally neat! Fabian and his father are incredibly friendly hosts! Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage. We already miss the view and would love to come back!

A perfect place for two and four-legged friends for a quiet break in the middle of the beautiful Eifel, near Rursee. Breathtaking views, small fenced garden, spacious, cozy space. Super friendly, helpful, animal-friendly hostess. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you so much dear Inga :-)

clean functional accommodation (except for the TV but on vacation it doesn't matter!) nothing was missing. Kristin helped us find a restaurant for the evening and gave us access to her closed garage with electricity for our bikes. Very pleasant garden and panorama. I recommend it.

The apartment is as in the pictures and in the description. Very well-equipped kitchen with a small dishwasher. The terrace and the garden with its many small corners for sitting and lying are fantastic. You can easily get to Aachen or Monschau by bus. Directly opposite the apartment is a delicious Austrian. The communication with Petra was very good and fast. We can only recommend the apartment and the beautiful surroundings. We felt very comfortable during the week. We'd love to come back

We had a wonderful midweek in the apartment together with our dog, who was also very welcome. The apartment is very large and complete, so you also felt right at home. We were warmly welcomed by Inge. The balcony offers fantastic views. The neighborhood is very quiet and for the dog it was very pleasant, because when you went out the door you walked directly into the forest. Highly recommend.

We were only there briefly and hardly on site during the day, but everything was great. Yvonne is very friendly, the accommodation was clean, quiet and idyllically located -> perfect for switching off. Pleasantly cool in hot weather, beautiful surroundings and a great pool to cool off.

We felt very comfortable with Anja and Jens. The apartment was clean and spacious. Nevertheless, we found the price for the location in the Eifel village quite high. We would book here any time again.

Beautiful place, great place for two people close to the old town of Monschau. Friendly host who responds quickly. There is a shed for bicycles and a nice terrace to sit outside. All in all recommended. We'd love to come back.

If you really want to enjoy the tranquility of nature to the fullest, far away from the "hustle and bustle" of everyday life, then Melanie & Hermann is the right place for you! Cozy, a beautiful garden right by the forest and the hospitality, even towards our dog, have given us some relaxing days. We also got to know all the animals that are housed there and were also provided with extensive knowledge about Weid & Wald🙏. It was a huge joy for us.

Our host Jaak was super friendly, was always available and even brought us a wheelbarrow so we could get all our stuff from the car to the accommodation faster:) Simply pleasant and relaxed. That's how it should be! :)

We love it at the Oberprether Mühle and have recovered as well as always. The cabin is very lovingly and tastefully furnished and you have everything you need. The hosts are the favorite hosts you could ask for.

We were for a weekend there and everything was perfect. We were in love with this place. I hope that one day i will come back, maybe in winter 🫠 I was looking so long for a place like that and finally i found one. I already recommend to my friends to come too!

My husband and I spent an extended weekend at Sanne's. We wanted to treat ourselves to a little break from our three children and were not disappointed. We had wonderful, relaxed days and enjoyed the peace there very much. In the evening, we rode our bikes into the city and had a nice meal. The accommodation is very lovingly designed and furnished with attention to detail. You have everything you need for a perfect stay. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed for over a week on our trip to the Nurburgring and it was a calm and nice place to stay at. Jacuzzi was nice and everything else was just as advertized. Recommend this place to others.

Lovely cottage in a lovely location. Due to the location, you can have breakfast between the tree(summits). We had a wonderful week there. Beautiful terrace with good furniture. Modern furnishings, although the sofa is a bit soft. Bathroom and kitchen are neat. The A cottages have very steep stairs so take care of them really well. Stair gate available. Floor requires some maintenance (comes up). From the cottage you walk in 2.5 km to downtown Durbuy for an ice cream, mini golf, lunch at Sept or good coffee at the Garden Café. Bakery within walking distance 1.5 km, but then you walk along a dangerous road. Various facilities on the park that also make it fun for children (playgrounds, one of which is right behind the cottage; indoor swimming pool with sunbathing area, etc.). There is also a restaurant with a nice menu, friendly staff (also at the reception!) and they organized the week that we were there (quiet) live music. Charging points for EV (piece or 8) under construction and they will open soon.
