We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We were pleased to find accommodation available where we could all stay and have a bed, have our second Christmas Day and generally be together with lots of space. Having the pool to enjoy was a particular bonus as most of us enjoy the water.

Van is in one of the best spots for views and privacy. Very comfortable with everything you need close by. Another fab stay.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

This is a gorgeous cottage set in the middle of countryside (but easy to get out & about in the car). The kitchen is huge and with everything you need, with several options for outdoor dining to make the most of the lovely garden. Beds are comfy with decent sized rooms, but the standout attraction is of course the pool…heated so that we (with two young kids) could enjoy it for several hours each day of our stay without anyone getting bored or chilly. Lorna & Dean v friendly & helpful hosts. Highly recommend; only caveat - while we had a great weekend here with our toddler in tow, we were outdoors for most of the time; the cottage is decorated beautifully and has flagstone flooring throughout the downstairs which are not always compatible / relaxing with an energetic 2 year old.

Very friendly and helpful host. We stayed in the accessible cottage and it is very well laid out for a wheelchair user. We will be returning very soon.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Granary for my mother’s 70th birthday—it truly exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and clearly take great pride in creating a space that feels both comfortable and special. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting, surrounded by wildlife like birds and rabbits, this is the place. It's also conveniently close to local shops and restaurants, with no shortage of things to do nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return!

Beautiful property with amazing views of the countryside. Anthony was very helpful, friendly and responsive. The property is as lovely as portrayed in the photographs and the garden is a haven for wildlife. I would definitely recommend this property, it is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Really great stay here. Couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. They have thought of everything. Particularly for my son: knives etc. put out of reach, toiletries provided including baby safe products, booster chair provided as well as toys, books and access to the garden to play in. Really personable and made sure we had everything we needed but also flexible and left us to it for the rest of the weekend. Exactly what we needed.

Great weekend in lovely settings, bungalow is very spacious and comfortable really recommend staying here we felt right at home and wished we was staying longer.

What a lovely birthday trip with my son! Even though the weather wasn't on our side. Julia and Tim were great hosts and their communication was great. Also, their home was cosy, clean and they even had toys for my son to play with, which he enjoyed. Highly recommended!

Incredible cottage in which to stay, with amazing architectural features, very clean rooms, and everything you could possibly need. Our hosts were extremely communicative, and were very kind to allay any fears we had in advance about the temperature in the cottage (we travelled with our dog in extremely hot weather). We were thrilled on arrival to enter a blissfully cool cottage! Our little dog absolutely loved his first airbnb stay adventuring in the lovely secure garden (complete with passion fruit and figs growing along the fences), beautiful local walks, snoozing on the snuggly sofa and settled astoundingly well into this lovely little romantic getaway. This is the perfect, extremely dog friendly location, with a lovely dog bed and bowls already provided too. From a human point of view, the sofa was gorgeous, and the bed was incredibly comfortable….we slept like logs. Great little shop at no.62 to grab some brekkie on a lazy Sunday morning too… just perfect!

Beautiful and peaceful space, perfect for a small group of friends. Clean rooms, comfy beds! Particularly love the garden and outdoor covered area. Would 100% recommend! Lisa was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Christine was the perfect host. The property was just as described, spotless well appointed and the beds were really comfortable. When Christine says pets are welcome, she really means it! My friend’s dog enjoyed his stay so much he didn’t appear to want to leave. As we packed the car he just sat on the living room rug staring at us. Long-term stay following an escape of water at my home. The whole insurance company experience has been very mentally and physically challenging and so having this beautiful, relaxing, and well appointed home away from home has been just the tonic to keep my despair in check. Thanks so much for all the pre-booking information Caroline provided, for her meet and greet on check-in, and for making sure I knew there were scrumptious cakes and eggs on sale just by where I park my car!. Whilst I am keen to get back home, I am glad to have found this place to lay my hat whilst I wait.

What an absolutely beautiful home. We felt so at ease, home away from home! My little girl was obsessed with saying hello to the cows and watching them in the fields. Sitting out in the garden watching the cows and birds was so relaxing! The cottage is beautiful, very well equipped. The host is amazing, so helpful and kind. Even moved a cabinet to fit our little girls cot in the room, we will forever appreciate that! The location is spot on, so much to explore and beautiful places to eat and drink! We can’t wait to come again, we felt so sad to be saying goodbye to the little mouse house. Thank you for having us, take care and see you soon xx

We (family of 4) had a lovely stay in Sara's house. The house is in a lovely location, with a gorgeous view. Sara was very helpful throughout, in particular helping us with bits and pieces for our baby.

Beautiful place stay. Not our first time here and certainly won’t be the last. It’s perfect for exploring the local area and it’s great that we can bring our dog. The house is full of character and has everything you could want along with a lively relaxing garden. Very convenient access to the main roads and yet a lovely rural location which feels safe and secure.
