A great all year round garden. Located just a minutes walk from the Old Town with plenty of pubs, restaurants, shops and history right on the door step. A few minutes drive or 30 mins walk is the beach and New Town with attractions for the whole family and plenty of eating, drinking and shopping choices.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

The perfect place to enjoy both the countryside and coast. The cottage boasts open views from the front overlooking the mill .The village offers a small shop located in the garage, a village pub and play park all within a 5 min walk.
