Great location! Really peaceful and lovely local pub about 5 minutes walk away. The cottage was well equipped and the log fire was lovely (even at the beginning of June!) we went on a great coastal walk and we really relaxed and slept so well! Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back

Stayed here for 4 nights - fantastic location for walks along the coastal path. Very comfortable set up, quiet and peaceful surroundings plus the added bonus of gated parking too . Facilities were as described, it was so useful having a little kitchen area to dish up meals after buying fresh produce from the local deli’s across the Norfolk coast region. Plenty of hot water and heating which made it all feel cosy esp during the evenings. Will be returning for sure in the not too distant future.

We had a fabulous girls weekend, so relaxing & peaceful. A gorgeous cosy cottage with fabulous facilities, we wished we could’ve stayed longer to use them all! Easy walk into Burnham Market for a mooch around the shops & a nibble. Short drive to Wells next the sea for a day trip. Would love to return to this wonderful cottage!

One word WOOW beautiful surroundings peace and quiet set on the lake, tent and decking amazing. The bathroom with under floor heating beautifully designed. The hot hub was so relaxing. This place is a little gem. Well worth the money would 100% recommend. Thank you Lillie the fresh bread eggs and milk was a lovely gesture. Xx

Jane's place was comfortable, clean, peaceful and perfect location. Very nicely decorated and a small seating area outside to enjoy the sun. the offer of help always in hand if needed. Good location with a great pub and the sea 2 minutes away. Highly recommend.

The house is everything you would want it to be. The garden is small but a joy and very neat and tidy also very private. I would have just liked a grab handle on the hot tub as i am disabled and it was not easy for me to get in and out. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and well worth the money. Luxurious.
