Newly decorated and refurbished it benefits from a fabulous, enclosed walled gardens and privacy. It has has a large lounge/diner with French doors opening out into the garden and a smart TV and fast wifi.
“This house is beautiful, with a real home feel to it. We had 3 kids with us and it was perfect for them to safely play and run around in. Would highly recommend staying here, and Sharron was on hand to call at any time and provided detailed local tips. Only thing I could say that may need improving is the slightly powerless shower, other than that, fantastic!”
This is a unique opportunity to stay in the old signal house of Burnham market. It used to be part of the Lynn and Hunstanton railway west Norfolk branch. The property will allow full access to a hot tub, log fired sauna and a large log cabin which houses an indoor BBQ. It’s a brisk 10 minute walk (partially on road for about a minute) into Burnham market town which houses many delectable restaurants, shops and a deli. There is a butcher shop open too, perfect to pick up bbq essentials.
“Sam’s home in Burnham Market is BEAUTIFUL. Such a fabulous property!!! Parking on site that will fit three cars. Unheard off in this area. There’s a stunning hot tub and sauna in the garden. There’s also a fab quirky log cabin...really enjoyed unwinding in there with friends. It’s the perfect property to explore Burnham market and the surrounding areas. Beds are super comfortable. Lovely roll top bath to unwind in after long beach walks. The house was spotlessly clean and Sams communication was on point. There’s a welcome booklet with all the relevant information for guests. Really found that helpful. I highly recommend!!! Can’t fault it. Shall definitely be returning:-) Do not hesitate to book! THANK YOU SAM 🌟”

“The Old Bakery is a wonderful place to stay. Really cute little village with the beach just down the road and a great pub (The Ship) even closer. A welcome pack including coffee pods, tea, milk, water and lemon cake was a really nice touch, very much appreciated as we arrived on a very wet and windy afternoon. The property is inviting and cosy yet also stylish. From the Nespresso machine to the Dualit kettle to the GHD hairdryer to the Designers Guild linens, attention has been paid to every detail. The property was exceptionally clean with plenty of fluffy towels provided. Caroline was a great host, excellent communication and absolutely lovely in person. We would definitely stay here again.”
