Family-friendly holiday rentals in Burjassot

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

Bonita y acogedora casita. La bañera de hidromasaje es ideal para relajarse. Es el sitio perfecto si lo que buscas es desconectar y descansar. Además de haber rutas de senderismo que es lo que a nosotros nos gusta.

Una casa maravillosa. Preciosa muy limpia y muy tranquila . En un entorno increíble de naturaleza Marga, la anfitriona es encantadora y ha estado pendiente de todo . 100% recomendable . Deseando volver pronto

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

El departamenro de Justo fue amor a primera vista y no defraudo. Ademas de todas las comodidades q ofrece tiene un piano en la sala que para cualquier aficionado (como es el caso de nuestra familia) fue un plus. Justo es muy abierto y bondadoso con su espacio, comparte su hogar y sus bienes como si sus huespedes fueran familia. Te deja su musica, sus libros, sus bebidas con total confianza. Nos recibio con un aperitivo al llegar y estuvo en contacto previo a cada momento. El departamento tiene aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, ban̈os completo en cada habitacion. Lavadora, lavavajilla. Te deja elementos de playa, espacio en sus placares. Tiene agua filtrada en el grifo q parece una pavada pero resuelve enormemente la logística diaria. Se encuentra a distancia a pie de la Ciudad de la Ciencias y el Parque Gulliver. En fin, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveria (es cierto q tiene un tema de olor al accionar el ban̈o principal pero me temo que q un tema generalizado de Valencia y no propio)

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Kath’s place is wonderful. The neighborhood is perfect and there are so many lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance it’s crazy. The place is quite large with multiple bathrooms which is great. The main train station is a 10 minute easy walk as well. Kath is super friendly and a great communicator. Always very responsive. I cannot say enough about her apartment. This is our second time there and will definitely be back again. Please do not hesitate to book this one. You will not regret it.

Great spot , 10 minutes from the beach and close to public transport. Apartment was exactly what I wanted , maintained its traditional characteristics but had the mod cons you need. Definitely recommend it , beautiful home , beautiful veranda. Super

Sehr schönes Apartment. Genau wie beschrieben und die Terasse ist wirklich wunderschön. Wir konnten im Februar schön draußen sitzen und die Sonne genießen. Nicht direkt im Zentrum aber in 20 Minuten ist man zu fuß dort. Busstation direkt vor ser Tür. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft sehr.

Nous avons été très heureux de dormir dans le logement de Magui. Cet appartement possède un charme unique et jouit d’un emplacement idéal pour visiter Valence. Magui est une hôte très réactive et amicale, Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Wij hebben twee geweldige weken gehad in Cullera en appartement was fantastisch. Super mooi uitzicht, rustig, van alles voorzien en ochtendzon. Je hebt wel absoluut een auto nodig om bij het appartement te komen en kunt daar prima parkeren. Je rijdt de berg af en bent gelijk bij een heel mooi strand en met vijf minuten ben je bij de Consum supermarkt. Het is vijftien minuten naar het station in Cullera, waar er elk half uur een trein naar Valencia gaat. Het openbaar vervoer is zowat gratis, daar kun je niet zelf tegen rijden. Er loopt een hele mooie wandelroute van zo'n 14 km achter langs het appartement over de berg en deze komt ook langs het kasteel in Cullera. Onderaan de berg links en dan 10 minuten lopen zitten de restaurants Benavent en Mare e Monti, in Cullera centrum zit Desi en verder naar zuiden bij de rivier zit Casa Salvador. Vicente en Gonzalo, nogmaals bedankt en misschien tot ziens.

We were very happy with our stay at Vicente’s apartment. He personally welcomed us upon arrival, explained everything in detail, and was always available if we had any questions. The apartment is a spacious three-room flat, fully equipped with everything we needed—and even more. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and public transport stops. Unlike the city center, which can get very hot in summer, we enjoyed a refreshing sea breeze throughout our stay. On weekends, you can hear loud music from the promenade, but it didn’t bother us at all. We definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Valencia!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und gute Lage, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, großes Badezimmer. Kommunikation mit Rita war einfach und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Ritas Wohnung gefühlt. Danke.

Le logement est bien équipé. La terrasse est très agréable. Seul petit inconvénient pour un voyageur solo, la télévision ne donne pas accès à des chaînes en français. Pour la localisation, on peut rejoindre le centre à pied en 30minutes. La ville étant plate c'est très agréable. De plus il y a des petits commerces à proximité.

Magnifique maison avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Il ne manque absolument rien. Un accueil chaleureux de Manuel, son Papa, qui habite juste à côté. Il a été d‘une grande générosité et gentillesse. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’échange que nous avons pu avoir avec lui. Nous aurions mis le double de points si nous aurions pu. Si on passe à nouveau dans la région nous n’hésiterons pas de revenir.

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Tolle Gastgeberin, sehr saubere Wohnung! Auf Fragen reagiert Maria schnell. Ich war mit meinen beiden Töchtern, 7 u. 9 Jahre dort. Fußläufig ist (überwiegend) gute Gastronomie erreichbar! Es existiert keine U-Bahn Anbindung. Die Stadt ist per Bus oder, wie wir hatten, mit dem Auto in 20min erreichbar. Großer Supermarkt in 1km Entfernung erreichbar. Souvenir o. sonstige Shopping Möglichkeiten gibt es nicht, will man das, geht man aber sowieso in die Stadt. Der Strand ist schön und nie überfüllt. Es ist nahezu alles in der Wohnung vorhanden (Sonnenschirm für den Strand, Strandtücher, Waschmaschine,…). Für das Geschirr ist Handspülen angesagt, es ist keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Spülutensilien sind jedoch auch vorhanden. Beim 1. Eintritt in die Wohnung fühlten wir uns sofort wohl! Wir waren durch und durch sehr zufrieden, jederzeit unbedingt wieder 🥰👍

Spacious apartment, very well stocked with essentials (shopping mall only 5-min walk away), very convenient location near Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencas, and transit options. Really appreciated that Reyes, the host, came to greet in person and gave us a walk around of the apartment. Something rare on Airbnb these days... She also helped us book a taxi on our departure day. Muchas gracias!

Estuvimos encantados con el lugar, la playa a unos minutos caminando y pudimos usar la piscina también. El piso está muy bien equipado, amplio y limpio. Todo excelente 😃

Ich habe mich in dem Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt! Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und gemütlich, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühl. Vielen Dank

The apartment was pristine and spotlessly clean, very spacious and really well stocked with tea coffee and cleaning essentials which was really convenient and made our stay extra comfortable. Ambrosia was really helpful and provided lots of local recommendations. Overall it was a fantastic experience I would highly recommend!

Ideale uitvalsbasis voor een vakantie waar je stad en strand wilt combineren! Zeer mooi en compleet appartement slechts op 5 min lopen van het Patacona strand. Een ruim, fijn en redelijk rustig strand, waar vooral veel locals ook komen. Eetgelegenheden aan het strand en enkele in de wijk. In de zomer komen er nog enkele strandtenten (chiringuito's) bij. Gezellige sfeer! Voor een bezoek aan de stad kun je gebruik maken van openbaar vervoer (m.n. bus, die gaat zeer regelmatig en vlakbij, reistijd 45-60 minuten naar het centrum). Wij huurden echter fietsen voor ons met onze dochter achterop. Zo hadden alle tijd en flexibiliteit. Het is leuk fietsen naar het centrum langs de boulevards van de stranden van Valencia en door het Turiapark. Reken wel ook op 45-60 min reistijd (zonder stops). Fietspaden zijn er veel en redelijk goed aangegeven in Valencia. En de stad is vlak. Fietsen is dus echt leuk en zeer goed te doen vanaf het appartement. We plaatsten de fietsen in de ondergrondse garage.
