The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The cottage was completely newly renovated 2 years ago and is located in idyllic Schnürpflingen. Very private with separate entrance. A small terrace is located behind the cottage. There is a small swimming lake nearby and large forests with many forest and hiking trails. A bakery and a beverage market are nearby and within walking distance. The closest supermarket is 3 km away.

Nearby is a bus stop, medical center, bank, hairdresser and many shops (bakery, butcher, beverage market …) By car, you can reach the B30 Biberach / Ulm in a few minutes. The city center is a 15-minute walk away. Public parking is available in front of the door.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat was spacious, spotless, and beautifully arranged – very welcoming and comfortable. The hosts had thought of everything: from an Aarke sparkling water maker in the kitchen, a washer dryer to cute little cakes for breakfast. Check-in was incredibly flexible and communication with the host was effortless throughout. While the immediate surroundings weren’t particularly picturesque, the location was very convenient. I’d happily stay here again – highly recommended.

A beautiful, spacious and beautifully furnished apartment – super clean and easy to feel good! We felt totally welcome from the first moment. Gundi is truly a person of the heart: incredibly hardworking, attentive and simply warm all around. You can feel how much effort and love she puts into everything. We would have liked to have gotten to know her even better. It was a real pleasure for us to be there - we would have liked to stay and will definitely come back.

Everything was very nice. Check-in was in person and very nice. Room for this price is great. Absolutely clean, both room and hallway and bathroom. Bed is also comfortable. A very nice service that is not a matter of course these days was the breakfast. That was also good and the coffee was also very tasty. Personally, I liked that the host printed something for me, which saved me a lot of time. RECOMMENDATION :)

"Pure nature!" – Schoßer vacation home

We (family with one child) really enjoyed our vacation with Bernd. We can only agree with our predecessors with the very positive review.... Starting with the fast great communication with Bernd, the view is even more beautiful than in the pictures (it even has a pair of binoculars to watch animals), very clean apartment, nice details in the apartment, great tree house, insect screens on the windows, cool unique bathroom, fireplace, environmental tips for a whole year, always an open ear and help from Bernd, loooooots of privacy (with private entrance), parking right next to the house, you feel welcome and comfortable from the first moment, even in the rain it is wonderful to look out into nature through the window front and when it is hot outside, it is nice and cool inside-- we can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!
