Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Everything was great , it was very friendly when waiting at 1 in the morning that we arrived because I had to work and at the exit he let us go later , the house was quite big more than what you see in the photos, a lot of tranquility and very close to the center of Ávila just 10m away, definitely recommended, we hope to return, thank you very much for such good attention, this is a pleasure.

We have been a finde in this cozy little house, and the village is very quiet. If you want to disconnect, it's ideal. Also 2km away , there is a restaurant that is spectacular and well worth it. The reception with the host very good, friendly and flexible in the check-out time as we could go later without a problem. We recommend this place and would return again. A pleasure

This is the second time I've visited Maria's place, and every time I come it's even better or there's something new. Maria is constantly concerned with improving the place and making guests feel at home and what's even better… that they love it and come back at all costs. Great location, and an authentic Madrid experience. Close to Atocha for travel, Retiro Park and El Prado within easy walking distance, a market across the street, and a comfortable place to sleep.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the host were very helpful. Our small issues with the place were quickly corrected. Both apartment and the hosts made our trip to Madrid absolutely fantastic. I would recommend anybody to stay in this apartment.

Everything was fine. We went with dogs and 4 adults and no problems. Parking included in the historic center. Comfort above all. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Very comfortable beds. And the host was very attentive from the beginning. Thank you, it's been a perfect stay.

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

Everything was perfect. Nieves and Bruno made us feel like we were in our own home. They gave us all the facilities and more, both at check-in and check-out. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, bright, clean, tidy, with exquisite decoration and in a quiet neighborhood, it has everything. We can't be more grateful!

José’s place is perfectly located near Sol, quiet enough despite the fact that it faces a street where currently there is some construction, and extremely clean, comfortable, and easy. He was very responsive and accommodating. A great experience, thank you José!

Ernesto's house is a pleasure to stay in, especially during the hot summer, when the pool and the lush, big tree offer relief from the heat. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood where you hear nothing apart from a barking dog at night. It's close to the city of Segovia, just a few minutes by car. For us it turned out to be a perfect place to relax after a day of discoveries.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

It was a very complete accommodation, with plenty of space to barbecue and be outside in the pool area, and where they have the barbecue there is a fabulous outdoor dining room and the pool is great for the heat wave that I experienced this weekend there. I would recommend it to💯.

We have passed a great bridge. The amazing house and the kids have really enjoyed the garden and especially the chickens. Too bad the weather prevented us from using the pool that looked spectacular. I highly recommend staying here.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
