Beautiful cottage with large garden in nice bungalow park. Lots to do for small children. Cleaning had not gone quite well through the park, but was picked up immediately and very kindly. There was a bunch of flowers on the table and fresh rolls at the door every day. Restaurant present in the park. Supermarket 9 minutes drive. Highly recommended this cottage in this park! We will come back again! Thanks!

A wonderful place with a beautiful garden where the children had fun playing (darts, jeu de boules). The beds slept wonderfully and the bedding smelled so wonderfully fresh of detergent. Nice blackout roller blinds. Beautiful surroundings with charming villages that are worth a visit. Thanks for a great stay

A 5-minute walk from Sint Frans where we had a reunion, we were very kindly welcomed by Jens and Quinty. Very quiet location and had delicious breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the greenery.

If I could give 10 stars to Laura, I will give it to her. I feel very welcome at her house, she is also very helpful and informative. I am staying for around 4 weeks at Laura's house with my family, and all the amenities we need for a long stay, are available. The house is also located in a natural environment. Recommended host and house!

Great stay. Carolien and Willen are wonderful hosts and are more than happy to help you out with tips and advice. They are warm and hospitable. Great family house vibe, great dog ( Dino) and lots of sheep, chickens, ducks and a big garden to enjoy. Willen also has a big barn with a stage and musical instruments you can play on.

Cycling the Rhine River from its source in the Swiss Alps to its mouth into the Dutch Atlantic Sea we have seen and slept in a multitude of different accommodations. Neuer before, however, have we been able to have breakfast at a table with so much "regal charisma". 😊 Not only this ancient noble house, but Wijnand as a dedicated, perceptive but unobtrusive host made this stay truly memorable. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay with Marlene, she was very friendly and welcoming and helped us with everything we needed to know. She was the perfect host. The house was very clean and we were able to use her kitchen and sitting room whenever we wanted. The garden was lovely and we ate our breakfast there every morning under the shaded area before going out.

It was a great weekend at Liesbeth and Han's bakery. Located directly on a mill, totally cozy and lovingly furnished. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. It was like with friends. Thanks for your warm hospitality. The Bistro Aunt Es, not far from the house, is also worth a visit, even a vegan will find something here in an authentic atmosphere. Thanks for the good tips. We felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back.

Very warm welcome from the hosts and 2 friendly dogs at this lovely orginal barn conversion house - beautiful peaceful location next to the dyke- plenty of cycling routes nearby as well as rural walking. Spacious connected rooms for the four of us with secluded garden space and eating area. Very comfortable beds and the most wonderful breakfast. Would have liked to stay longer than one night

A great place to stay, fantastically located with a beautiful garden not far from the water. Gerda goes above and beyond to make the guests feel comfortable. She makes the yogurt and bread from the early bird herself and often asks what she can do good. The room is clean and comfortable, as is the bathroom and toilet. Highly recommended

Charming B&B in the countryside, with a delicious breakfast. Everything well taken care of and pleasant communication with the host. Beautiful place to walk and close to Utrecht. Repeatable!

Lovely pleasant, warmly place. Everything you need is available. You get the whole living place to yourself, sleeping and kitchen area and bathroom. There is nature right outside the door. Nice and peaceful. That is why I went there, and I was not disappointed. Breakfast food provisions were provided in the booking price. Nothing extra to pay.  Host's wife, Adrianne answered all the questions I had. Very friendly and helpful.  I highly recommend this place. Oh, almost forgot. The place is very easy to get to. From the train station there is a path that runs parallel to the track. At the end, go under a bridge and you are there. From the train station it is just 700m, a ten minute walk. You really don't need a particular famous search engine map service to guide you. See below.  If you choose to let the above map service calculate a route for you be cautious. The route it provided me was over 4km distance and over a one hour walk.
