The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

It consists of a living-dining room with oven, a small kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bathroom with shower and window, and a reading room. It is located in a small village, the forest is 150 meters away.

Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to Koelnmesse).

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Apartment zur Wied

The cozy apartment zur Wied is located in Oberlahr in the beautiful Westerwald only about 100 m from the Wied. Oberlahr is located in the Wiedtal in the Lahrer Gllichkeit and in the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park, shopping for groceries is about 3-5 km away. The cities of Cologne, Bonn and Koblenz can be reached in about 40-50 minutes and are recommended for a day trip. The coffee maker is from Tassimo.
