As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

We had a fabulous stay, it was exactly what our family needed and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. They sent my husband cookies for his birthday and when checking in one time had said 3pm instead of their usual 4pm. When I told them my arrival time was 3.30 based on the 3pm communication they said no problem we’ll send an extra cleaner to have the house ready for you in time! Now that’s service. I was so happy with everything about our stay

Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful, and made everything smooth. Check-in was easy and friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. Amazing location with two awesome pools! Perfect if you want to walk around to the lovely nearby cafes and restaurants. Julia was extremely responsive and fixed any issues that arose instantly! The view from the balcony was incredible.

Nice apartment. The view on business bay side is nice and beautiful at night. Nice view from the pool. Walkable to restaurants and super markets the mall is literally like 5 min walk. I enjoyed staying there. The host have all the answers you ask.

Great place and host and the interior design is beautiful. Creek beach is and will always be my favorite area in Dubai.

Laurie was a lovely host. She sent detailed instructions on how to get into the flat, the amenities in the building, instructions for devices in the house. it was very thorough. The flat itself is quite spacious amd is in a very good location in Business Bay. The balcony in the living room overlooks a horse training course and one of the windows in the bedrpom has partial views of the canal. All in all, a great experience.

Wonderful Stay! I had a great experience staying at this apartment. The location is excellent — with grocery stores conveniently located just below the building and plenty of nearby restaurants that are both delicious and budget-friendly. Silicon Central Lulu Mall is within walking distance, and all major bus stops connecting to metro stations are also easily accessible on foot. The apartment itself was very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay — including cookware, utensils, cleaning supplies, a washing machine, and more. It truly felt like a home away from home. Ahmed was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any queries or assistance I needed during my stay. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at Shubhada’s place!. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Shubhada and her team (c-hosts) were incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available for any questions or local tips. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home and I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing stay - great location and dirext connectivity to Dubai mall. if you have a car, parking is great with super quick access to apartment. It is only hassle during peak hours at Dubai mall due to connected parking.

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

With family arriving to Dubai from different countries, Homevy provided the perfect home for all of us to reconnect and make lasting memories. We all focused on spending our time together without worrying at all about anything else. The place was perfect to check in, stay and use. All the amenities were there and for anything else we had it delivered in under 15 mins. We even requested for a late check out which they accommodated at a small fee. They are extremely responsive and great hosts. Overall, I’d recommend them for a hassle-free stay and would definitely stay there again on our next visit.
