I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Downtown Dubai, and it was truly a memorable experience. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking—unobstructed, close-up, and magical both day and night. The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. From the cozy interior to the well-equipped kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, every detail was top-notch. The hosts were responsive, professional, and made check-in seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the location. Dubai Mall is just a short walk away, and we truly enjoyed the evening strolls around the area. The lighting, the energy, and the vibrant atmosphere at night made every walk feel special and relaxing. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this apartment offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

We booked this place based on the reviews and it is worth the stay. The apartment is exactly infront of dubai mall and has a clear view of Burj Khalifa and other tall towers from all its rooms. The place was clean and ready when we entered. The host Busola was always ready to help for any enquiries or things over chat. Entry was smooth and everything was explained in detail over chat which made it easier to access the place. It has all the amenities like washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, hair dryer, iron table, bath tub, balcony swing, TV, microwave and what not. Everything was working as expected and we stayed for 4 days without any hassle or issues. It's a place where you should definetly stay once.

over 12 years of using airbnb and this is by far the best place and best host yet. They accomedated my late checkout request when they didn't have to. The place is well stocked with everything one needs to make the Stay pleasant. other hosts need to take notes.

Des hôtes accueillants et très réactifs! L’appartement est super, propre, bien décoré, très bien situé. Le building a de très beaux services comme le kids club, salle de gym et de yoga et grande piscine. On est à 1km du Dubaï Mall. Le quartier est très central et agréable. Merci à toute l’équipe!

We had an amazing time at Andrea's luxurious condo. Beautiful view of dubai downtown . The building felt like a resort with 3 restaurants and a grocery store in the building with free 24hr valet parking. We recommend to book with Andrea if you want to have a worry free stay!!

Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Das Ankommen verlief ohne Probleme, allerdings hat beim Eintreffen das Wasser, Internet und die Klima nicht funktioniert. Noch am selben Abend kam ein Mitarbeiter von Cosmica und hat alles gelöst. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation überragend und perfekt. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde zu jeder Tageszeit auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich habe eine tolle Empfehlung für einen Helikopter Flug bekommen, der für mich sogar gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr zentral und sowohl Marina, als auch Strand und Riesenrad waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Einziges Manko ist, dass es trotz der Höhe sehr laut war durch den Verkehr. Nachmittags hat es sehr lange gedauert die Wohnung per Taxi / Uber zu erreichen, da die Straßen überfüllt sind. Alles in allem hat aber alles gepasst und Cosmica hat uns bestens betreut.

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.

I had a great stay at Ali’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and quiet. Ali was an amazing host — very responsive, friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
