In this national romantic house from 1905, you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, grill and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's fantastic sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and carefully renovated house with carpentry joy and high coziness factor. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and Falsterbo's idyllic center. On the large forest plot, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for rent.

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores. Buses run often and take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. In the guest house, there is free WiFi, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, good storage, bathroom, dining area and kitchenette as well as an espresso machine. Malmö is a perfect bike city and we have two bikes you can borrow to explore the city. If you come by car, there is street parking outside. Welcome to our home!

Exit to the playground from the garden. 10 minutes bike to Sibbarb's nice beach and cold bath house, 10 minutes bus in the other direction to get to Emporia and Malmö Arena. Limhamn's center is close by with shops and restaurants. Quiet street with free parking and no visibility. More beds are possible by request.

Lite, nyoppusset gjestehus i et veldig rolig område, ved siste avfart innen Øresundsbroen. 22 kvm gjestehus, med dusj, kjøleskap og uteplass. 160 cm kontinental dobbeltseng og raskt wi-fi. Gratis parkering på tomten. Gåavstand til badebrygge (600m), og bussholdeplass. Vi har to sykler til låns. Ca 10 min med buss til Hyllie, og ca 30 min med buss/tog til Københavns Flyplass.

Med bil tar det 30 min till Köpenhamn och 25 min till Falsterbonäset.
