Gina’s place was spotless and well presented on arrival. Some lovely home touches and beautiful comfortable furnishings. We loved the outlook to the pool. This is great if you have kids that can swim as you can let them be free in the pool while you can keep an eye on them from the balcony and enjoy some peace . We would recommend Gina’s place .

Had a great stay at John’s place. Great location and view from the room is great. Lots of space which was perfect as we stayed with our baby.

Celebrated my sister's Hens weekend on the Gold Coast over the weekend and stayed at Lisa's beautiful airBnB. There were 5 of us ladies and the unit was perfect for all of us with plenty of space and room to move about. Super clean, everything is exactly as it shows/says. Cafes & restaurants within walking distance and the tram stop 5min walk down the road. Ideal location. Lisa was very responsive and helpful. Shout out to Carly for showing us girls around and making sure we were feeling settled! Highly recommend this unit! ♡♡

The apartment was perfect – clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of the city. The complex had a nice swimming pool and spa, although the gym didn’t have much equipment. Communication was smooth and easy. I’d be happy to come back again

We had a delightful stay for 6 nights and what a spectacular view we had every single day! The ocean is just marvellous and sitting from either the balcony or the living room, it just feels amazing! The city view from the 34th floor was also amazing both during the day and the night. It was literally like Paradise found :) All the rooms are super spacious with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional. We had hired a car - so was easy to navigate around but even without a car, the tram station is just outside the apartment - so it would have been very convenient. The beach is just a 5 min walk also and was just spectacular - kids had a ball of a time in the soft sand making sand castles and running by the beach. Lots of food outlets nearby, supermarket (Coles) and also shopping nearby. The internet was a bit intermittent in the house but we were told that's how it is in Australia. Otherwise the host was very responsive to our asks and very helpful!

This was our second booking with Jose & Liria and will continue to choose them (if available) for all of our future weekend family getaways!!! As per the first time we stayed, they were amazing and accommodating to my family and I. It's absolutely Home away from Home!! It's central to EVERYTHING and unless you want to catch a tram to Pac Fair etc, then everything else is within walking distance. Check in was smooth, check out was also good going. I highly recommend Jose & Lirias place!! It's family friendly and comfortable. if I could give more stars, I'd give 100/10 😁

What amazing value for cost - location and amenities. A kitchen stocked with supplies, washer and dryer, and easy access. It was exactly what we needed!

Brad’s place was easy walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. It had everything that we needed, so we felt right at home. We were grateful to be able to be able to bring our dog along with us. Thanks Brad.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Freddie's, and made to feel at home right away - Estelle is a wonderful host, excellent communication, friendly and thoughtful, checking in with us throughout the stay. We loved the proximity to the beach and the beachside walking path which we'd walk down to Broadbeach, and being able to see the ocean from the balcony/breakfast bar was a real bonus (we did a lot of sitting at the breakfast bar, it's a fantastic touch). The apartment is tastefully renovated and furnished, with a comfortable bed and living area to relax into. It was very handy having a car space and we mostly walked anywhere we needed to get to locally, only driving when we were going further afield. We also got to enjoy and appreciate Surfers Paradise as more than a tourist location, but a residential neighbourhood, to feel like a home away from home for a week. Thank you so much Estelle for being such a fantastic host and for a lovely stay!

I loved dealing with Deirdre. She was so easy to communicate with, and we loved the home. It worked really well for us. We would like to come back again.

We loved staying at Andrea’s studio. It was great after a long road trip to walk into such a clean and welcoming studio. We really liked the little touches such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hair care products and body wash products - all good quality. The studio is in a quiet residential street and is in a beautiful part of the Gold Coast. The shower was heavenly with a great massage head and excellent water pressure. We loved having our little fur baby with us and we would not hesitate to stay again.

We were warmly welcomed by Steve and their friendly family dogs the moment we arrived, instantly making us feel at home. Thank you to both Jenny and Steve for their wonderful hospitality. We enjoyed learning about and feeding the horses—it was such a special experience. One of the highlights of our stay was also the peaceful evening by the bonfire (under moonlight and stars) that Steve thoughtfully set up for us.

Really enjoyable stay at Maria's house, great host and very responsive to any questions. Very clean and modern accommodation. Very well equipped with all the comforts of home. Loved the roof top terrace for those afternoon bbqs. Highly recommend this place to stay in Broadbeach. Thanks again for making our family holiday perfect.

Absolutely perfect place for our 2 week holiday. The house had everything we needed and Maria was a pleasure to communicate with. Check-in and out was faultless and everything in-between. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families. Location was spot on too.

Great place overall, but the best part was waking up to a stunning view of the river. The view makes this place absolutely perfect! It is also a huge apartment with access to spa and sauna which we loved. Close to the beach and to the Paradise shopping centre. The host was awesome, even providing local recommendations.

Michelle was super communicative. Booked at the last minute and she had us sorted in no time. Arrived late at night and auto check-in was seamless. It was a work trip so we weren't there much, but the house was very tidy and well presented and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We had another wonderful stay. We love the view and the apartment. It’s very easy to get on and off the beach and we love the pool as well. The apartment is very comfortable and the wrap around balcony is great. Will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay, 6 adults and a 10 yr old boy who fished off the pontoon daily. Really close to supermarkets, plenty of dining options close by. Surfers and the beach a few minutes If you have young kids there were portable cots, strollers and high chairs in the house. We made use of the bbq, all utensils provided. Kitchen perfectly stocked for home cooking. This place really is a home away from home. Wayne was really responsive and great to deal with. I can’t recommend this place enough, we all loved our stay.

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!

We stayed for 4 nights, whilst visiting the Gold Coast. Perfect location for visiting all the local attractions. It’s very quiet & peaceful. The apartment has everything you need and Karen provided some breakfast items, which was very much appreciated. Also lots of good local recommendations, which was very helpful for us.
