I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. Wonderful location - easy walk around the bay to Kotor. The apartment was comfortable, clean and you just never tire of those views. Dusanka was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely great and perfect communication, complete answers to all questions- there were many. Thanks for your patience. The suite is 5 min. walk to Kotor. There is a parking lot next door, the suite is quiet and peaceful- no street craving. Suite decoration, bed linen, towels, washing machine, coffee machine.

The villa is beautiful, huge, clean, well-equipped in an intimate neighborhood. We were really surprised, the place definitely exceeded our expectations. The view from the land, something beautiful! There is also a small beach nearby, a few minutes from the villa. We loved the whole place, you can't describe it. Wonderful owner, sweetheart, helpful - great person! I wholeheartedly recommend choosing this villa, Liubov - thank you again! ❤️

Val and Maya were exceptional hosts - incredibly responsive and couldn’t be more helpful with organising extras including airport transfers, a driver for an excursion and boat tour…all with trusted associates at great prices. Myself and my Family felt right at home in their apartment and I’d highly recommend a stay here!

Zeljko was a great guy and made us comfortable as he can. He was nice and kind to us. Welcome gifts were brilliant, view of Kotor Bay seen from balcony and the pool was also brilliant. Unfortunately we couldn't use the pool due to weather conditions, however me and my wife will definitely come again next summer to stay more than this time.

Had a brilliant stay at Tatiana’s place. Tatiana was incredibly responsive throughout and let us have a later check out, which was really helpful with children. The apartment itself is great. Has everything that you need, is as described and clean. The view from the balcony was an absolute highlight for us. We spent every evening on the balcony - the view is something we will miss. There is also a pool, which my kids really enjoyed. The apartment itself is located about 1 hours walk from Kotor old town, but it is a nice walk along the beach front. Taxi’s are also easily accessible. We actually really enjoyed the area where the apartment itself is located. A little quieter than the busier old town- but still with a beautiful beach/promenade.There is a great restaurant nearby- where you can swim in the sea - which was great. Our kids loved it. There is also a park, a shop and a brilliant bakers within walking distance. Would recommend!

It was ideal. Everything is as pictured. Modern to be desired. Would give a recommendation to anyone who wants a little more peaceful vacation. You have absolutely everything at home in the apartment.

Nena and Čedo’s place was perfect that we extended our stay! They were extremely accommodating, the housekeeping were attentive and friendly. They even got the table tennis table out for us very kindly. We would recommend, thank you!

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

Everything was great. Sabrina and Jasmine met us in the apartment at the time of our arrival. They clearly explained everything and were very friendly and communicative. They helped us with the tourist registration and also recommended some local places. The apartment is very close to the sea, restaurants and a bakery. One minor issue that we had was the shower where we could not completely close the glass doors and the shower head holder was loose. Overall, it’s a nice apartment for a nice price!

Tijana’s apartment is stylish and functional with plenty of amenities. Roomy balcony facing the Kotor bay works as a chill out zone from dawn to dusk. We appreciated easy parking and nearby supermarket and bakery. Dobrota beach can be found only a couple of hundred meters away. Highly recommended accommodation in Kotor!

It's been a wonderful stay. We have to be with the owners of the apartment and they are absolutely kind, generous and close. The apartment is very clean, well located and great for a week or more. We'll definitely be back. Maybe only a few kitchen utensils are missing, but otherwise, excellent, highly recommended!!!

Absolute gem of a place. Perfect location, only 15 mins into to the old town. The apartment had everything you required, with little beautiful touches plus stunning views. Angelina was the most welcoming host, super friendly and always there if you needed help. We will sure be back the next time we visit Montenegro.

I was skeptical when I booked Emil’s place because I thought it might be small for the 3 of us but it was perfect. It had everything we needed. Emil’s mother was very sweet and showed us everything. Even helped us do a load of laundry before she left and gave us some drinking water since we weren’t carrying any. And you can’t drink from the tap water. The view from Emil’s place is fantastic. The sunsets are just out of the world. They had sun beds and umbrellas and we rented a kayak from their neighbor and it was a perfect 2 days we spent there. We didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere. When we finally dragged ourselves away from the view we explore Ulcinj Stari grad, the olive groves and Ada bojana. I’m so glad we made this stop. It is a fantastic place and well worth it.

Petar and his wife were wonderful hosts. We were welcomed with a bottle of local Montenegrin champagne (very delicious), chocolates, fruit and snacks. We loved this lovely cottage by the sea with all the comforts of home. Firm bed, hot showers, towels, even beach towels for our swim. The spacious patio with lounges allowed us plenty of the Mediterranean air we came to enjoy. It is shoulder season, so it was quiet and relaxing watching the occasional boats go by and the locals taking their evening strolls and fishing off the pier. Nearby were several restaurants we enjoyed as well as a market . The village was coming alive now that season was near, but a car is needed for day trips. We loved that we could relax away from the big city maddening crowds but had easy access to all that Montenegro has to offer. Petar was very responsive to our every question and need. We loved the area, the people, the local food and can’t wait to come back to this relaxing seaside retreat!

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

Arijana is an absolutely fantastic host and a lovely kind lady. The house was beautiful and very well looked after and very clean, in an idyllic location at the top end of town. Waking up in the morning having breakfast on the table looking out into the blue waters of Perast is nothing short of paradise. Promenading down the peaceful yet bustling streets you will find restaurants with the freshest fish, friendliest staff and boat tours of stunning sights. At home Arijana will always make you feel comfortable offering fresh towels, recommended restaurants and warm conversation if you bump into her hanging her laundry to dry outside. Friendly cats line the city streets and sit in the garden where you can enjoy the delightful complementary coffees Arijana leaves in the kitchen. You can ask her for anything you need and she does everything she can to help, truly one of the best hosts I have come across and one of the best locations as well. Thanks again Arijana you are a star ! x
