Access to gym and pool is free. Owner/operator is friendly and responsive, highly recommended to friends, families and anyone, will stay again.

I had a great stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Very cozy and comfortable to stay. Just one minor improvement is to place an aircon in the living room as it gets very hot during summer time

This room has been so professionally designed. It looks and feels like a 5-star hotel suite. Full marks to the interior designer. A unique style that makes it stand out in Airbnb world.

The listing was as described, but there were some internet issues. Fortunately, the host was very accommodating and provided a 2gb load, which was really helpful. We weren't able to use the TV because of limited connection (for 2N3D), but everything else went smoothly. It's a great place to stay VERY AESTHETIC and CLEAN. I'll definitely book again in the future. For remote workers, I'd recommend bringing a portable internet device just to be safe.

It's absolutely amazing! It's a place where you can truly feel relaxed. We never felt bored since they have a 7ft multi-game table (billiards, air hockey, table tennis), which I believe is the only one in Azure North, along with a PS4, karaoke, and other board games. The indoor equipment is something we have never experienced in other Airbnbs, such as an air purifier, a bathtub, an automatic laundry machine, and of course, the 7ft multi-game table. The place also features a shared pool with waves for 10 minutes every hour, with an entrance fee of 200 per person. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions.

The house itself is worth every buck. There was an issue with the AC but they were able to resolve it right away. We had personal emergency but they did their best to assist us. The unit itself is very clean, modern look and the highlight is : it has direct access to the sky garden which is I like very much. Sobrang lawak nung sky garden for the kids to run around. (parang onti lng ung mga unit na meron nito) Complete din with toiletries, kitchen utensils, microwave and ref. 2 bathrooms are both very clean. The veranda is VERY SPACIOUS! I think you can do bbq there if I'm not mistaken. Wave pool - additional fee but worth it. Nabawi naman ung stress sa personal emergency namin. Will definitely come back if may chance ulit.

Ms. Meryel is so responsive to all my queries. Had a short stay but the price is worth it! From booking up to checkout, Ms. Meryel is responsive and very accommodating.

The apartment is in a quiet location. I feel safe here. It's very well equipped with everything I need. Desserie is always there when I need help. I hope I can stay again.

The place was very clean and relaxing because the whole place had airconditioning. I recommend everyone to try and stay at Grayhouse Inn. The owner is very accomodating and will make your stay very easy.

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

We had the most memorable stay at Villa Alaia, mostly because of how truly dog-friendly the place is. Our four furbabies got to play, run and sniff to their hearts' content around the property and inside the house, and got to swim for the first time in their lives. The whole place felt safe and secure and has a nice view of a farm and Mt. Arayat. We were able to use the amenities included in the listing. I hope to come back soon just so I can swim with our furbabies again. Thanks, Claire and kuya Roland, for the wonderful experience.

The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. Overall, we enjoyed celebrating my birthday here. 😊 I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you very much! ♥️

Comfortable and Homely Stay for the Third Time! I've had the pleasure of staying in Sir Uno's condo unit three times now, and each visit has been nothing short of excellent. From the moment you step in, it feels just like home. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, ensuring a comfortable stay every time. The bed is cozy, allowing for restful sleep, and the overall ambiance of the space is inviting and relaxing. Sir Uno is always accommodating and attentive, making the experience even better. the picture posted on the website looks old or maybe the lighting is not good but the unit looks great in person, all white, the tissue provided doesn't have cheap materials, the coffee also is not the kind of cheap ones, the internet is not that good for few days since I'm working remotely but it was a good experience, we had a peaceful stay, the host is responsive
