We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

I was renting houses all over the world with Airbnb and while sometimes the distance from the sea is somewhat underestimated in the descriptions, it's not the case with Natalie's house. It is really very close to the sea, but it's not it's biggest advantage. The house is very comfortable and while it is not far from other houses in the are, it offers a great deal of privacy and intimacy. The house is equipped in all the necessary things you might need during your seaside holidays, has a good Internet access, big colour TV with streaming services. The equipment is new and works good, and if any problems arise, Natalie is very helpful to solve them. She is a very good host, offering help with things that not necessarily have anything to do with the house itself. But what I loved most about the house was the green, peaceful and quiet surroundings. I haven't slept that well for ages, which is a big deal for a person with sleep problems like me. I definitely recommend this place and host!

We had a wonderful time at this villa! Everything in the villa is thought out to the smallest detail - there is everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of cooking a barbecue. Very clean, cozy and quiet, and the view is just amazing! Special thanks to Lusia - she was always in touch and helped with any questions. This is the perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature. We'd love to come back here again💕

The apartment was simply great – beautifully furnished, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The area is totally quiet, perfect for switching off. And yet, you can get to the center in no time by car. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with freshly prepared Turkish coffee and a delicious iced coffee - a wonderful start! Throughout our stay, they made every effort to ensure that we lacked nothing. If there were more than 5 stars, they would absolutely deserve them! We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful accommodation in an indescribably beautiful and quiet location overlooking the sea and the Turkish coast. The host is responsive and attentive. The interior is clean and of high quality, there is everything you need for comfort and relaxation. I didn't want to leave. We'll definitely come again.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Nice and comfortable stay. Ekaterina even opened the pool for us, normally not opened to this season. Nice pool. Everything was there that you can use for your family. Our daughter liked the hammok much.

Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

The apartment was little bit small, but convenient. Little bit far from city center. But the apartment itself and the district it is in was amazing. The wine compliment was a good extra touch :)

Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

Inga's accommodation was simply great. Quietly located with a fantastic view! Everything is exactly as described. We arrived around 11 pm and Inga still welcomed us in a friendly manner. From the center of Batumi to the guesthouse you can easily take a taxi/bolt. Taxi drivers can also easily find the guest house. It is recommended to walk the last 100 meters to the guesthouse and end the taxi ride at the intersection with the church. You should do the same when you call a taxi. Inga is very helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine as a farewell gift. We enjoyed the accommodation very much and would come back anytime! Thanks for a great stay. :)

We loved our stay in Buknari, a great home with a phenomenal view. The spring was lovely and we were welcomed by our host so warmly. We will cherish this holiday and beautiful homely getaway very much

Great place. Loved how spotless the flat was. The desk piano was a fantastic addition that made our evening.
