Wir waren rundum glücklich mir der Unterkunft. Lidija (die Schwiegermutter) hat uns super freundlich empfangen, das Haus gezeigt und sogar Leckereien für uns gebacken. Auch einen selbstgemachten Wein gab es. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat alles (und noch mehr), was man braucht und auch die Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

There was a small misunderstanding regarding the number of guests we had, otherwise everything was great. The place was clean, spacious, the kitchen had everything you need. Outside area was also great. Would stay there again :)

Wundervoller Aufenthalt – sehr empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Villa war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war ideal – ruhig, aber dennoch in der Nähe von dem Meer Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und Gabi war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würde definitiv wiederkommen!

Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Der Urlaub war ein Traum. Die Ausstattung war super, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, das Ambiente war optimal. Bewertung eine 12/10. unbedingt wieder Liebe Grüße!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Amazing house and great host. House is located in a very calm and charming village. All of the major places are reasoniably close by. There is a market nearby and several restaurants. Pool and the terrace were amazing.

Wir haben eine Woche über Silvester im Haus von Jure verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus von Jure liegt etwas abseits der Straße, aber so zentral, dass alle notwendigen Orte schnell und einfach zu erreichen waren. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen, was für unseren Hund sehr angenehm war. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten und verfügt über alles was benötigt wird. Besonders angenehm war jetzt im Winter die Fußbodenheizung. Der Kontakt zu Jure war unkompliziert. Er war während unseres Aufenthalts selber im Urlaub, aber eine Freundin hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Trotzdem war Jure für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Restauranttipps versorgt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen noch einmal Urlaub in Jures Haus zu verbringen.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage mitten in der Altstadt und einen besonderen Charme

Nice apartment separate from main house with holiday apartments. Not super airy because it’s on the ground floor but totally ok for a few nights and you have a lovely private terrace. Liked the German 80s charm. City beach and old town of Porec in walking distance. Good communication and helpful host (didn’t meet Branko but his wife).

Het huis is mooi gelegen op een heuvel. je loopt in een kwartiertje langs het water naar de oude binnenstad. Een mooie wandeling die niet gaat vervelen. Het huisje is heel compleet en comfortabel. De keuken beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. Prima bedden. Mladen is een aardige en klantvriendelijke host. Bedankt voor het verfrissende welkomstdrankje!

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

Der Aufenthalt bei Renata war wunderbar. Renata war stets erreichbar und hat uns auch Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Nähe und Umgebung gegeben. Die Lage ist absolut klasse! In wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt am Sandstrand. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und abschließbar - perfekt mit Hund. Herzlichen Dank für alles, Renata - Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 😊

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der kleinen Casa von Ingrid und Daniele. Beide immer sehr freundlich und offen für Fragen. Wir haben die Lage genossen, wirklich ein kleines Privatissimum mit wunderbarem Ausblick, angenehmen Liegen auf dem Grundstück, und der Bucht zum Schwimmen vor der Tür. Außerdem viele Möglichkeiten für kleine Wanderungen um die Buchten, auf der Premantura (mit Auto), gute Restaurants und eine Strandbar, die auch fußläufig zu erreichen sind, und Pula fürs Sightseeing nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Für uns ein toller Ort zum Entspannen!

Gorgeous flat right in the middle of old town Rovinj, but it was off the main streets so very quiet no matter what time of day. So spacious and tidy, and really felt at home there. Absolutely would stay again.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa! Die Einrichtung ist ein Traum und jedes Detail ist perfekt! Man wollte am liebsten gar nicht mehr weg 🥰 Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für diesen wundervollen Kurztrip!

Huset og uteområdene er enda bedre enn på bildet. Alle rommene og badene er romslige, og pent innredet. Vi reiste med to barn, og huset og kjøkkenet hadde alt utstyr vi trengte. Det var også en kullgrill i vår hage som vi kunne bruke. Bassenget er flott, og hagen er veldig pen og ryddig. Hagen er også veldig privat, uten innsyn fra andre naboer. Ilona var en perfekt vert - veldig hyggelig, og hun besvarte alle våre henvendelser umiddelbart. Vi anbefaler huset på det varmeste, og vil absolutt forsøke å booke dette igjen hvis vi kommer tilbake til Porec.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring.
