We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

Wilhelmshof is a village in the town of Usedom, located on the Szczecin Lagoon. Enjoy the quiet location in nature combined with the amenities of the city of Usedom about 2 km away. The city offers supermarkets, pharmacy, gas station a tractor museum and much more. Our apartment is located on the upper floor and can only be reached via a staircase. The terrace is covered, has a barbecue and seating area. Parking for 2 cars is located on the property.

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only there a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of property area, partly fenced (the green area in front of the property is not fenced), so that a dog brought along can also go for a walk alone. A garden with beach chair, a sandbox for the little ones, a chill-out corner and sun loungers is available. Peace and nature are advantageous.
