Eine großzügige Ferienwohnung für 4-6 Personen im Renaissance-Gutshaus Üselitz auf Rügen. Gut Üselitz ist ein denkmalgeschütztes Herrenhaus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Das Haus liegt inmitten eines ebenfalls denkmalgeschützten Parks, der ausschließlich den Feriengästen zugänglich ist. Das Grundstück ist auf allen Seiten von der „Üselitzer Wiek“, einer unter Naturschutz stehenden Meeresbucht im Süden Rügens, umgeben. Alle Fotos in diesem Inserat wurden auf dem Gutsgelände selbst aufgenommen.

My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lunch and evening meals €12. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. On the edge of Szczecin Lagoon surrounded by Wolin Park, admire the beautiful sunsets after a lazy day on the beach. Or alternatively hike through the park or take advantage of the many bicycle trails. The house is about 2m from the beach so a dip in the lake is easy at any time, in front of the house is a small garden packed with herbs, tomatoes and strawberries which gusts can help themselves to season permitting obviously.
