Loved this location. So peaceful and beautiful!! The guesthouse was spotless and very tastefully decorated. Bed was very comfortable. We loved sitting out at the fire pit morning and evening even though it was way too hot to build a fire. Beautiful area of the country. I hope to make it back.

Super peaceful area, very beautiful and super private! The house is older, of course there is a smell, but we used a candle and adjusted fine! I had no concerns with privacy, and enjoyed it very much! Full kitchen, TV and 2 beds, plenty of towels, rags and a washer/dryer if ya need one! I can't complain, I enjoyed the stay and our host was professional with hospitality!

The pictures were accurate & the entire house was extremely clean. Brandy was great to deal with.

Haven is the right name for this place! It was the perfect place for our family to stop overnight and feel refreshed during a long road trip. The kitchen is very spacious for a tiny home and had everything we needed. Colyn’s place is clean, styled well, and has thoughtful extras like quality hangers and luggage stands. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful place, just as pictured, and very walkable to square! Loved our stay, and Tina was very helpful with providing recommendations for family-friendly spots for us nearby!!!

This place was only a few minutes from family we were visiting, so the location was the biggest positive aspect. Shortly after checking in, the area lost power due to an auto accident up the road. The host stopped in to check on us and bring a battery powered lantern. Very friendly and responsive. Instructions around the house were great too. It's an older house that's really kind of an expanded cabin. But it's nicely furnished and well-appointed and clean. So if you're looking for something with character in the countryside, this is the place!

The Farm was the perfect "home away from home" for our family. Never have I felt more "at home" when traveling than I did staying here. The decor and cleanliness are immediately relaxing. We found ourselves wishing we could just pick this house up and move it back to Virginia with us :) My only "complaints" (which really aren't complaint as much as observations) were that we are a family of 5 and for the first time shared ONE single bathroom. That was a little difficult at times BUT we made it work. Also, the beds were comfy but a little squeaky . . . Speaking of the bathroom . . . the window in the shower lit up the bathroom beautifully during the day providing ample light for all our needs. I would highly recommend this house and host!

Kristina and David were very communicative and friendly. They provided clear and helpful instructions and information. We had zero issues. Their place is really cozy, nice and peaceful. It was perfect for our family weekend getaway. The hot tub is awesome! We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Everyone was so helpful, it was clean and a great place! No complaints, I wish I could have pet the cat though. 😂 It was meowing and putting it's paws under the door, I bet it's so, so cute.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice place in a nice neighborhood. It was quite and felt like home. Close to town and good restaurants. would definitely stay again.

The perfect setting for rest and relaxation. Breathtaking property, peaceful views, cozy accommodations with comfortable bed and all the amenities— kitchen, wi-fi, etc. Attentive and friendly host and staff. We were able to tour the recording studio too. Wonderful stay!

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. This place is stunning. The views through the floor-to-ceiling windows were wonderful. Lindsey's attention to detail anticipated so many needs. She also made check-in and check-out very easy. The pool area was great. The building itself is a 10 minute walk from Broadway nightlife and the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay in a beautiful location with great amenities, and just a short safe walk from Nashville nightlife.

Edy's place was wonderful. The patio was a great place to relax in the evening and watch the pollinators in the garden. The hosts were very kind and attentive. If a country setting is what you're after, her place is 10/10. They were even accommodating to allow me to store my bicycle indoors so it was out of the rain. Next time we're in the area we would love to stay again.

Perfect location close to Vanderbilt and just a 5 minute drive to the action downtown. Quiet neighborhood but right off West End.

This studio was super cute and clean! The guide sent for the property and area was top tier. There is a walkable area around the studio and Broadway is a 10 minute drive. Hattie B’s, mentioned in the guide, is walkable from the studio and super delicious! The pool was clean and easy to get in and out with the code given. Theres so much more to see in the area which makes the feel homely, mean while crazy fun Broadway is just up the road! The neighborhood felt safe, clean and quiet. The host checked in to make sure all was well, we did not need them but I’m positive if we did, they would accommodate. This was not the original place we booked for our wedding anniversary, but I’m so glad this is where we ended up. Thank you so much to Megan and family for a great stay! I’m certain we will be back! 😊

Me and my wife had an amazing stay. It’s a beautiful building and having the grill area is great for when you want to have a couple of people over without them coming to your room.

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is the perfect spot to stay and explore Nashville on foot! The condo was beautiful, clean, had gated parking, and was walking distance to all the fun. David is a responsive and proactive host that made the process easy from start to finish. Can't wait to book again!

The location is borderline with not the best area in town. (We didn't have any issues though) Well located, super close to Bicentennial park and Germantown and minutes from Broadway. Ray and his wife were super helpful with many local tips we took them. The place was renovated and super well equipped. THNX for the early check in. Recommended. Nadir
