Wow! We loved our stay at The Love Shack. Such great hospitality, communication and attention to detail. The cabin was in a gorgeous location and was truly a perfect escape. We hope to come back again soon.

Clay's listing exceeded our expectations as far as spaciousness and comfort. He told us we were the first to rent it since the winter season so there were some minor things that needed to be addressed such as a broken kitchen disposal (he called a plumber that arrived after we left), several large spiders/bugs, a missing shower curtain (he came over and installed the shower curtain in a day), a rocking chair arm that broke but luckily no one got hurt and a broken door lock which meant we had to walk around the garage. These minor issues didn't impact us much during our stay should be mentioned. The private pool is beautiful and exactly why we booked the house. You should bring some floating rafts if that's how you like to relax. There is plenty of pool furniture to sit in but some loungers would have been a nice touch. The outdoor table for 8/10 with a large umbrella was also nice. They are building an outdoor bathroom which will be helpful. We had a lot of fun family time

Gratidude Ranch is a dream! The property is incredible, the home had everything we needed, clean, adorable, relaxing and perfect. Jason and DeMarco were incredible hosts and so communicative. Highly recommend their community or private dinner experiences while you are there! Will definitely be back!

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this place and it was just as good if not better than last time. The pool felt amazing in the summer heat, and the whole atmosphere was one of comfortable luxury. The host was always responsive and very friendly. We’ll be back!

We really had a great time at Angie and Matt’s house. The house itself was very clean, perfectly furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool and grounds were extremely relaxing and peaceful. Nashville is close at hand by car or Uber and we found the short trip a small price to pay to be staying in such a beautiful house.

Host was amazing with communication. We left our baby’s blanket and they took the time to mail to us !!

I chose this location to just get away for some peace and relaxation. It was important to me that the rental had a private pool and allowed dogs as I have an elderly dog that I wanted to take with me. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. The master bath was spacious. I enjoyed the pool area which had a nice seating area and the pool was great and used almost daily. The privacy fence was nice to have too. The neighborhood was quiet. I followed the recommendation listed in their welcome book about where to get groceries during my stay. I would recommend this place to others looking to get away to a quiet area.

Spacious, stylish, well kept home in a very quiet and beautiful Tennessee setting. Beds and furniture high quality and very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with quality appliances. Some small town hidden gems in immediate area, but the appeal is being remote but still within 40 min to Nashville. Nearby Franklin very nice as well. Mark the host very responsive. Pool is nice but make sure you understand motorized cover and expectations for care and use. More than enough room for our 3 families / 9 people total.

We really enjoyed our stay in Columbia. Mama Mila’s was recommend by the host and they did not let us down! Dinner was delicious. We felt at home and were so happy to have a place to wind down after long days at the ball fields!

This place was great, we did not watch TV for three days and the phone service was erratic. As for the phone service that was great because I did not have family or friends calling me. If I needed phone service all I had to do was go up the driveway. This place was very relaxing.

Absolutely delightful home with a fantastic host family and a perfect place for a relaxing weekend away. Our family had planned a Father's Day camping trip and the weekend turned rainy, so we booked this last minute, and it was such a treasure. I asked about a fire pit because our kids had been excited about s'mores, and Kendra and family actually made one before we arrived! The backyard was a great place to play. We brought bocce ball and had a lot of fun with that, but we also really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch with a drink and watch the cows across the street each morning. The kitchen is fantastic; everything I wanted was there and we cooked almost the whole weekend. And, the bathroom is spa-like. Big soaking tub, huge walk-in shower, and even a towel-warming drawer! The kids loved having the entire upstairs to themselves, and we enjoyed a little peace and quiet downstairs. I highly recommend this home. Great for a weekend getaway of any kind!

Quiet, peaceful location. I needed a place to stay while visiting family. Brad was able to accommodate me at the last minute. The location was easy to find, and peaceful. Brad was quite welcoming and reassured me that he was available if i ran into any issues. His response time is always immediate. My favorite part, listening to the crickets at night, and waking up to the cows and bunnies around the property in the morning. I recommend this location for anyone who enjoys the peaceful country life.

The house is very peaceful and private and Zachary was super responsive and great host. It was very relaxing to sit on the back porch and watch the squirrels play. We enjoyed it very much!!

This was our second time staying here and it was as wonderful as the first time a year ago. It's a lovely home that is exceptionally well kept and clean. A lot of thoughtful care has been put into making it very comfortable. There is plenty of everything you need in the bathrooms and kitchen including plenty of coffee, water bottles and even several baskets of treats. The home is in a very rural and peaceful area, where you can take walks or just sit on the deck and relax. Truly one of our favorite rentals.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Stephen's home for the week of our daughter's wedding and I can’t recommend it highly enough! This home seems brand new but is designed to evoke the charm of a beautiful old farmhouse. It's a stunner. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the gorgeous accommodations and the meticulous attention to detail in the decor and furnishings. The furniture and bedsing is not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable, creating the perfect blend of elegance and warmth. The artwork adds a unique character, making every room feel inviting and thoughtfully curated. One of the highlights of our stay was the sauna and cold plunge - everyone loved it! The property itself is a truly a serene oasis, with a beautiful creek - it's truly an ideal setting. Stephen was an absolute dream to communicate with. He was incredibly responsive and thoughtful - definitely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! We can't wait to go back!

My favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is perfectly put together and incredibly clean. Location is perfect and nestled into the woods like a luxury treehouse. Communication with the host was great as well and was very accommodating. Definitely plan to come back and stay again.

Our family of four had such a wonderful stay here. The neighborhood is quaint & quiet, and you feel extremely safe. We walked into town several times — it was so nice to not have to drive each time! The house was amazing along with the most peaceful yard and front porch. I’m going to miss drinking my morning coffee on the porch swing :) thanks for a great stay!

Stop looking, you found your Airbnb! This home is the most perfect spot to relax and unwind. The actual home is immaculate - clean and well taken care of. The setting is beautiful, too. We had practically no cell service and it was FANTASTIC. We joked about being back in the 1800’s having to figure out directions using our brains and eyes instead of GPS and then…. Here comes a horse and buggy with an Amish family!!! I have zero “recommendations” for the owners, except please don’t rush to get wifi. I know it’s “necessary” for some, but we can all use a tech-detox every now and then. Thanks for a beautiful weekend!!!

This is a great place to stay!! Very safe and felt like being a kid again and staying at my grandparents home! It has a very warming feel to this house!! Loved it

When we saw the photos of this home online we could tell immediately this was going to be a cozy, beautiful space. It lived up to that and more in person. Not only that, but Kasey and JT could not be better hosts in every sense of the word. They were beyond friendly, helpful, kind, and welcoming to not only their home but their incredible town of Leiper’s Fork. When we come back to TN in the future, this will be the only place we’ll be staying at. PS - Bagel is the master at being effortlessly interesting.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful place and very clean. It was very close to the Ranch which made it very convenient. The furniture was very comfortable. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. Their customer service was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Was a great stay for a fishing trip with the kids and grandkids. Very nicely decorated place with all needs met. Was a great price as well! We would dedinitely stay here again when visiting Kentucky Lake! Excellent communication with the host, very responsive to all needs and friendly!

We were a beleaguered and weary group when we arrived from the airport. The home was a welcome retreat. What a blessing! It was immaculate and beautifully decorated with a floral farm house charm and soothing colors. The sofas, chairs and beds were clean, comfortable and didn’t sink to the floor when you sat on them. From the time we walked in we were greeted by a welcoming feeling of “home” and a personalized card waiting on the kitchen table. The home was stocked with basic food supplies, toiletries and extra goodies. We have stayed in many wonderful Airbnbs but our experience with this cozy home and gracious hostess were a blessing, like “chicken soup for the soul.” God bless you abundantly, Jana.
