Stephen's home was absolutely beautiful and truly exceeded our expectations! The balcony space was incredible, with stunning views of the mountains & gondola, a perfect backdrop for our stay. The location was ideal for skiers, just a quick less-than-5-minute drive to Peak 7 and 8. While walking to the gondolas in ski gear would be challenging due to the uphill gravel road in winter, it'd be walkable during the summer. The entire home was cozy and impeccably clean. We felt super cozy in the beds, finally an airbnb with firm and comfortable mattresses! The longer pillows were a nice touch. The multiple living room spaces were perfect for relaxing, and the downstairs area could easily be a separate space. The hot tub was sparkling clean, a perfect end to each day. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend, especially during non-peak seasons for an even more relaxing experience. P.S. Stephen was an exceptional host, graciously accommodating our early/late check-in requests.

The locations of William's property is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible mountain views and wildlife viewing. Great location to bike around town and easy access to the road for Cottonwood pass. The layout of the house is perfect for big families with 4 full bathrooms. Carrie was very responsive to our questions and so agreeable to work with! We were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s about 1/2 mile to town downhill so the walk back is uphill. This is doable if you’re relatively fit. Otherwise, parking (paid) was plentiful around town. There are some pretty trails from the neighborhood road leading to close to downtown which is nice to avoid streets and be more in nature. The views and pretty neighborhood are great and preferable to being nearer to downtown. We saw moose in the neighborhood one morning as well as fox.

The house offers ample space and is an excellent choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat in a beautiful setting. It’s an ideal spot for families or groups looking to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The host is incredibly accommodating, responsive to inquiries, and provides clear instructions. One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

An amazing place to stay! We were so sad to leave but have already decided to come back and stay sometime. The jets in the hot tub weren’t working when we first got there but in less than an hour of telling Chris, there was someone there and it was fixed! Even saw a young moose when loading up the car to leave! This place was the best and we can’t wait to come back!

Views are amazing from everywhere in the house! Furnishings are very nice and comfortable, kitchen extremely well equipped. The house is so well done inside and out you feel like you are in an Architecture Digest magazine the whole time! Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Could not have asked for more! We had our kids and grandkids with us and it was just perfect for us. Location is excellent as there are things to see and do in both directions and great restaurants as well. Highly recommend both the host and the property!

The cabin was lovely and exactly as described. We felt right at home for our getaway into the mountains and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the game room and took advantage of the pool table and jacuzzi many times! Great for families and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a trip to the Rockies!

This was a great place to stay for 14er Fest 2024. It was very close to Main Street with all the events happening and restaurants to eat at too.

My friends and I were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay at this incredible mountain escape. Location is incredible. You’re right in the midst of the mountains, close to gorgeous hiking trails and amazing restaurants (try JR’s Pizza Place), but far enough off the beaten path to feel completely isolated when you return to the home. We honestly could have spent the entire trip at the house, enjoying the private disc golf hole, watching the moose and elk wander the property, and basking in the biggest hot tub mankind has ever seen. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and Joey was extremely prompt in communicating with me anytime I needed him. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Alicia's place was perfect for our stay and looked even better in person than in the pictures. It is located in a perfect spot walking distance to town. The backyard is amazing and magical. The layout is spacious and roomy for all guests.

This place was awesome . It was very clean and felt like you were in your own home . There was plenty of amenities which a lot of Airbnb’s don’t supply but this had place everything you could think of . Kristin was very responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better host . Highly recommending staying here !!

Exactly what we were looking for. Private and quiet and with plenty room indoors and a large fenced yard. We met a few neighbors during our stay and they were invariably nice and chatty. Great views of the high mountains and only 10 miles drive from the more significant trail heads. The house is a mile from town center and the road can carry traffic without sidewalks. It's walkable but probably best driven. The house is great and well appointed on 3 levels. It's located at the western town perimeter at the transition to open farmland. Lots of deer wandering around. There's a large open deck off the kitchen that gets the early warm sun but there is no shade through midday and we found the best use early evening. Really enjoyed the place and would definitely recommend. It could probably sleep 8 people, although that would be too crowded for us.

Great location! One of the best views we’ve ever had during a stay. My cousins were visiting us from India, and we had a great experience.

Highly recommend staying at this home in Breckenridge! The space is very well setup, the hot tub is lovely, the view from the living room and hot tub is stunning, kitchen is well setup and stocked with everything you need to cook the food you bring. It’s outside of downtown Breck so you don’t get the noise and you have privacy, but it’s easy to get there as well as other mountains to the north. Check in/out were easy and the place was easy to find. Having garage space in the winter was awesome, especially with space to put ski gear without messing up the house. Andrea was a fantastic host, very responsive to questions and helping us feel right at home. Every day our group went “this house was a fantastic choice” (and we’ve been coming to this part of CO for years)

Very responsive hosts. The house has 4 levels with stairs, which were a bit difficult for those not used to altitude, but not horrible. Very nice place that was comfortable and quiet. Convenient to the conference center and just a quick walk.

Chris was a wonderful host and the cabin even more beautiful than the photos. We had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed our stay. Chris even gave us recommendation for food while in Breckenridge and it was delicious. We hope to come back in the future.

My daughter‘s wedding was held at Deer Valley Ranch. The rental of Owl’s Nest was absolutely a perfect location for the parents of the bride. We were able to walk over to where the main events were very easily and go through the back door of the lodge. Owl’s Nest was a wonderful retreat for us and our daughter, son-in-law and their three very little children. They were plenty of games and things for the kids to do. Matthew even arranged to have a pack and play at the cabin for us when we arrived. The kitchen was very impressive and upscale. The master bath was fit for a queen and very spacious. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Jennifer was a great! They utilize an app that has any and all info needed for the stay. She was also very communicative and easy to work with. The unit is very spacious and feels high quality. Would highly recommend for any stay.

We came for a girls weekend with a group of mom's and Fonda's place was so clean and well furnished - we could have stayed for a few more weeks. It was a delightful place to relax, walk to town, and hike up the mountain. The place was not just immaculate but aesthetically pleasing - it made for a wonderful weekend away from the hustle.
