Beach house holiday rentals in Budoni

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Great accommodation with a very kind host. Accommodation is located next to other houses on the park, but we experienced full privacy. Everything was very neat and clean. The view on the sea and the close walk to the beach was amazing! We would definitely recommend the home to everyone for a relaxed holiday.

A beautiful and peaceful spot with an incredible view. You will need a car to go into the main town and buy groceries but there is a lovely coastal walk with some nice beaches close by. Maria was a very helpful and responsive.

We had a great stay again. The house has the best view ever, it’s really special located in between the rocks with a view of the ocean and La Maddalena. Great sunsets to watch and we loved the terraces. The contact was very friendly and helpful.

Villa Ivy was a perfect for our family holiday. Room for 8 adults to relax socialise. The location was excellent and the facilities were very good. The house was spotless on arrival. Communication was good. Would recommend.

If you’re heading to Sardegna, I highly recommend Sergio’s place. It is in a great area right near the port, with a beautiful view, and access to everything by foot. Having coffee in the morning on the balcony watching everyone take their morning dip was a highlight of my stay. The restaurants recommended were delicious. The pistachio gelato downstairs was a tasty end to the night. We also enjoyed a boat excursion with the grotte. It was such a nice day hopping around to all the different beaches. Thank you for such a lovely stay! I hope to come back again!

Easy check-in and check-out; beach and restaurant recommendations from the host were great; problems were resolved very quickly. Rental car required, however

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

The apartment was super clean. It has a nice outdoor place where you can sit. The pool is well maintained. A nice quiet base where you can easily park your car. In the area there are two restaurants but for a "normal" supermarket you are designated in the town of Budoni. Is nearby but a car is definitely recommended. Pleasant that beach toys, an umbrella and a beach chair were provided.

We stayed for 10 days with our family and had a wonderful time. House is very well equipped, clean and there was nothing we have missed. Location around Budoni is great for shopping, beaches or any other trip. We can fully recommend booking this house.

Super nice view from the terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking nearby. Quiet environment, except for a disco in the far distance. Supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Beautiful beaches in 3 min. by car. Accommodation ideal for 2 persons.

We had two wonderful weeks in Giulio's apartment – six adults and a toddler – and enjoyed the time very much! We would like to highlight the great pool, the charming little outdoor kitchen and the warm outdoor shower - a real highlight that has absolutely made up for the fact that there is "only" one large bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Communication with Giulio was excellent at all times – he was super helpful, always available and provided us with many great tips about the area. The entire stay went smoothly and relaxed. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment without reservation. Thank you, Giulio, for the great hospitality and the wonderful stay!

Andreas is a great host. The place is truly amazing from many aspects. First, the house is perched on the side of a hill with amazing views. The property has many places to sit and hang out throughout the property. There is an outdoor gym plus 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes for exploring the hills along the sea. The drive into town is about 8 minutes, easy. I would highly recommend this place! As others have mentioned, the photos do not capture the beauty of this property. We had an amazing stay. There were four adults. You could have six and not feel cramped because fo the outdoor living space. Overall,10 out of 10.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

We had a great time at Carlos' place. The house is very modern and well equipped. In the kitchen, you can also find everything you need to cook, and in the refrigerator, there is a large freezer compartment, and the beds are very comfortable. You can have breakfast on the terrace in the morning in the sun. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The nearest larger town (Orosei) is about 10 minutes away. You can walk to the beaches or park your car directly on the beach. In the off-season, it was very quiet on the beaches and you could park anywhere.

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

It was totally nice and easy! The beautiful beach is about 20 minutes' walk away, as is a small supermarket. It was very nice, we did not have a rental car, I would recommend it for longer stays. We stayed 3 nights, and it was totally perfect.

Beautiful detached cottage in the middle of a spacious garden. Very quiet location, but Orosei and the beaches are a 5-minute drive away. The house has beautiful outdoor showers to refresh and a gorgeous seating area with outdoor kitchen. Highlighted are the kindness and support of hosts. We arrived at the car with a tire damage and Massimo took care of a workshop and everything else right away. Congratulations to our hosts for this. The hosts were always available and helped us with everything. Once the gas bottle for the stove was all, we informed Maria and for 10 minutes Massimo was already in front of the door with a new gas bottle. Great. The only downside: the hosts can't help it, but every neighboring property felt at least one dog. Unfortunately, these dogs sometimes bark all night, so you can only sleep with the windows closed.

We loved Andrea’s place, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, centrally located. We felt at home and will definitely miss it!

We had a lovely week in the apartment. We were warmly welcomed and provided with many recommendations for the area. The apartment is quiet and is beautifully and functionally furnished. Everything is available in the kitchen to cook. From the balcony you have a beautiful view. The air conditioning is definitely worth its weight in gold. Parasols and beach chairs are also available. We felt very comfortable and would come back 😊
