The ground-floor apartment has a central location and is within walking distance of most significant landmarks. Built in early 1900, the house has a private courtyard and was recently renovated. It is suitable for up to 4 people. Bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Two bikes are available for guest use. Parking is free of charge on the street. Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.

This apartment was great. It was very clean and modern. It is on the 10th floor with an elevator and the view over Oradea is fantastic. The free parking spot was great. There is a shopping mall and grocery store close by which makes life easy. We walked to the center as it was only a 20 minute walk to downtown but there is public transport available. We loved this modern and peaceful apartment and will be back if we are in the area again.

Staying at this place was just perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was quiet, but still central – ideal for exploring the surroundings. I would especially like to highlight the hosts: incredibly friendly, helpful and always available. The house is impeccable without any reproach, it has all the amenities we needed. We were able to relax, spent quality time in the jacuzzi and in the sauna. The order and cleanliness was a 10+, the sheets, the pillows and including the couch had an extremely pleasant and inviting smell. The house very well appointed with attention to the classic details. The host was extremely explicit, calm and pleasant to talk. We will definitely come back, especially since the city is also very quiet, uncluttered, with refined and diversified restaurants, very warm people as well. Thanks for this unique and relaxing opportunity!

Very nice place, quiet and close to the park. Also very clean apartament. It was perfect for my 6 days stay, you can walk to the city center and there is a supermarket nearby. The host is friendly, easy to communicate with. For me it was a perfect place for my getwaway.
