The ground-floor apartment has a central location and is within walking distance of most significant landmarks. Built in early 1900, the house has a private courtyard and was recently renovated. It is suitable for up to 4 people. Bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Two bikes are available for guest use. Parking is free of charge on the street. Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.

This apartment was great. It was very clean and modern. It is on the 10th floor with an elevator and the view over Oradea is fantastic. The free parking spot was great. There is a shopping mall and grocery store close by which makes life easy. We walked to the center as it was only a 20 minute walk to downtown but there is public transport available. We loved this modern and peaceful apartment and will be back if we are in the area again.

Un colț de liniște în inima Bihorului – mai mult decât o simplă cazare Am avut parte de o experiență cu adevărat plăcută în această locație. Spațiul e generos, curat și foarte bine gândit – ai tot ce îți trebuie, de la ustensile de bucătărie până la cele mai mici detalii care îți fac șederea comodă. Ce mi-a plăcut cel mai mult? Curtea! 🌿 Un loc perfect pentru cafeaua de dimineață, citit seara sau pur și simplu stat la povești. Ai intimitate, verdeață, liniște și sentimentul că ești „acasă departe de casă”. Proprietarii au fost atenți, amabili și discreți, iar totul a fost pregătit impecabil la sosire. Aer curat, zonă liniștită, și în același timp ești aproape de punctele de interes din Bihor – fie că vrei drumeții, băi termale sau să explorezi satele pitorești din jur. O cazare pe care o recomand din suflet și la care aș reveni oricând. Genul de loc care îți confirmă că micile detalii fac toată diferența.
