Holiday rentals with a patio in Budhanilkantha

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il correspond parfaitement à la description réalisée dans l'annonce. Le personnel était accueillant, souriant et disponible. Le wifi est bon et permet de travailler facilement si besoin. Le ménage fait en milieu de séjour était parfait. Le quartier est globalement calme. Il y a toutefois une salle de réception juste à côté donc il y avait de la musique assez forte quasiment tous les soirs (pleine saison des mariages) mais jamais après 22h. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité (supermarché à 6 minutes à pied, restaurants...) et le centre historique (Durbar square) de Patan est à environ 25/30 minutes à pied.

I felt like I was living inside a heritage. In very close proximity to the UNESCO world heritage site Patan durbar square. Very clean, traditionally inclined yet comes with modern utilities. I appreciated the local recommendations & friendly staff. It was very close to all major attractions in Patan, Kathmandu & Bhaktapur. Minute walk from restaurants and markets. I would go back.

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place itself is even more beautiful than pictures and the little community around makes a super quiet cozy and homy environment I will be definitely back (and very soon) Thanks!

Stayed for a month at Niraj's serviced-apartment and am very glad I did. Niraj is very responsive and considerate host, his staff was always available to deal with any issue in real time, the neighborhood is very peaceful and is just a walk away from lively Thamel, if you don't mind the dusty unpaved roads in this neighborhood - you'll have a great time. One issue I had was finding the place, Niraj is working to set the precise location on Airbnb, and until that's fixed I suggest that when you arrive at the marked location you either keep in contact with Niraj and maybe have one of the stuff find you or you can look for the building in the listing's exterior photos, took me a few minutes but wasn't a hassle. Would come back whenever I'm back in Kathmandu.

Great place to stay when you want to be in the city while not being close to the noise and hustle bustle.

Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, you will not regret the experience! Yan's Airbnb is extremely well done, with fine attention to detail. The room is curated with traditional Nepalese style furnishings and exudes an ambiance reflective of that. Yan himself was an excellent host, picking me up from the airport and showing me around Kathmandu the entire duration of my stay. I even went to his families home for tea! His recommendations are good and communication clear. I will certainly be back!

Staying at Ramesh's place is one of the most special experiences I've had in now over 14 years of AirBnb experiences. This is truly a homestay. If you are looking for a box on a wall with a code and not meeting a single local. May I say, like in Covid times stay home. This is truly an immersion in Nepal. An incredibly lovely family, you have your privacy when you need it and your advice and cultural immersion which is what I hope we are looking for when travelling to magnificent Nepal. Ramesh will help in airport pickup, dropoff and excursions at unbeatuable prices! Ramesh and his family represent what AirbnB was supposed to be and what a true traveller should look for: LIVING truly in the country you visit, with the locals. True postive karma as it should be :)

My husband and I enjoyed our two days stay at Keshab's. He is a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful. He even served us traditional snacks prepared by his mom. His house is at walkable distance from New Baneswor so its at great location. His place is great for the price.

We lived here several weeks. Great location, great value, could be cleaner but we would rent this apartment again.

The host is very nice and made us felt that we are in home. That’s why we extended our stay for a month. Highly recommended the host.

A home away from home is how I will describe my stay with Shanta. Extremely warm, humble and proactively assistive host. The place reflects his persona too. Clean, immaculately maintained has everything for your convenience and more. The place, some 150 metres from the the bustle of Lazimpat Road is in a quiet locality. Within 2-4 kms of most of the sightseeing you wanna go for locally. So happy that we chose to stay with Shanta. Kudos to his hospitality. Will surely be coming again.

I booked this for my sisters while visiting Kathmandu. They said that the apartment is very nice and well-equipped for a one-week stay. The apartment is spacious and about 10 minutes to the airport, which is very convenient. The host is responsive and provided proper instructions before our stay, which helps for a smooth check-in. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this apartment, especially for a family looking for a place to stay in Kathmandu.

Sumi’s place was very tidy, clean , highly decorated and has a personalized 5 star hotel vibe to her place . Well equipped with full kitchen , laundry and the gym place, swimming pool makes her place a rare find in Kathmandu. The check in was very convenient as the keys were in the reception, the location itself is great. A 10 minute walk to popular touristy places like Thamel, Lazimpat and Baluwatar. Even the airport was about 15 minutes away from her place. In additional to this , sumi is very responsive and helped me by communicating with the locals for me too . I enjoyed her place and I highly recommended 👍

Naveen is an incredible host, considerate and caring. When there is something broken(e.g. rice cooker and water kettle), he provided us a new one immediately. The place is very clean and fully equipped. The location is very nice and convenient too, it’s near mart and restaurant. Would love to come here again if I visit Kathmandu!

Un apartamento muy agradable y acogedor, con una estética muy bonita. La única pega que puede tener es no estar en el centro de Kathmandu sin embargo es muy fácil moverse con taxi y se tarda poco. Muy recomendable

this was a great unit AND definitely was bigger then I expected based on the photos. it was complete and within the inner streets of the neighborhood....so it was away enough from the main road to avoid all the excess noise (from traffic/business etc). it was well equipped, comfy bed, basics in the kitchen but the host made it clear that anything we needed, she would try to accommodate - thats always a plus... amazing stay and happy we stayed here

It’s a fabulous little flat with everything you need in the VIP area of the city. The family who owns the place takes lots of love and pride in making their guest feel comfortable. For a longer stay I found it just right.

If you want to stay near Patan Durbar Square with friendly host, this the best option. Orijesh is supper helpful. He allowed me to check in at 12 PM since my flight got delayed and he is very thoughtful he placed tea bags and showed me the kitchen of I would like to cook. Since I was afraid of Dog, he make sure that whenever I want outside he was there so that I would not get afraid. Aunty is really sweet, she helped me when Orijesh went for his work. The place was really clean and it is much better place stay. Thankyou Orijesh for your service.

The whole neighbourhood will Be there to help you. Treated like one among them. Seemed like the host is new to renting out properties. Lacked few minimal things but will eventually pickup. Worth the money. Thank you for the wonder place. Felt like a home. Already missing
