Family Homestay with lakeview (eaglezone)

The best part of staying here is the host family’s hospitality. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The place is in a great location if you want access to a lot of things within less than 5 minutes walking distance. Krishna helped me with a couple activities that I participated in and everything went great. One thing to note is that you can hear noise from the main street in the bedroom, so if you’re looking for total peace and serenity, you’ll need to find something else. I didn’t have issues with noise during the night though (and I’m a very light sleeper). Overall, I highly recommend staying here for the hospitality and for the great value.

Great value for money. Beautiful view right on lake. Not far from lakeside and greatly located. Room was next to a bar that often will have a live band at night, but expected at this price and really enjoyed my stay here.

The Pipal Tree is a stunning, peaceful retreat nestled in the hills of Pokhara, offering breathtaking views, privacy, and true escape from the bustle of daily life. The villa is beautifully designed, extremely clean, and well-equipped—especially the kitchen and bathrooms, which made our self-catering stay seamless. The private pool was crystal clear and well-maintained, a real treat in such a natural setting. Mr. Thapa (owner) and Mr. Narayan (caretaker) were incredibly hospitable, always available but respectful of our privacy. Their prompt support, especially during a power outage when they helped address the mosquito situation, showed true dedication. Communication was excellent throughout. Despite the proximity of another villa (Methlang), we had full privacy. If you're seeking a nature-rich, quiet, and rejuvenating stay with warm hosts and modern comforts, The Pipal Tree is the perfect choice. We left feeling rested, refreshed, and eager to return.
