Newly built and fully furnished apartment of 25 m2 for rent. The apartment is located in the basement of a villa in Kissleberg, Uddevalla. Private entrance to small hall. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Small kitchen, bedroom with family bunk bed (140+90) bed and TV with various streaming services. Bedlinen and towels are available. Parking is done on the grounds and if you want to work for a while there is a functional workspace with wifi. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.
