Lake house holiday rentals in Bucks Lake

A very nice house. Very comfortable for the 9 of us that stayed there. The lake view and access to it was a treat. We walked the neighborhood all around the lake and it was peaceful. We also visited Tahoe City and hiked the old train tunnels. But mostly, we relaxed and had family time together. Thanks! We highly recommend this property.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Location is perfect for us, our adult children and our grandkids, it’s directly across from rec area 1 with bocce ball courts, pickleball courts, large lawn area where we set up croquet game, large playground and the large beach is only about 200 yards away. This year it was nice to have a new yard area where we set up our own corn hole, but you don’t even need to bring that because there are 2 cornhole games at the rec area. This home is exactly as pictured and Brad & Dana are very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

Rachel’s place was great, and Rachel was very accommodating and easy to work with and communicate with. It’s a cute place and very well stocked. The AC works great. The beds are comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

The cabin near Scott’s Flat Lake was lovely and very relaxing during our weekend trip. The cabin is well appointed and decorated with a modern touch. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck by the gas fire pit at night. The cabin is close to the Cascade Shores launch ramp and trail to the beach. We brought our inflatable SUP down and enjoyed a relaxing lakeside day. The location and the cabin were amazing. Highly recommend!

Terrific location just steps from the beach. Great hiking. Spacious living area and great kitchen for many eager cooks and helpers.

We had a wonderful peaceful weekend. Very pet friendly with a nice little enclosed back yard with doggy door access. Would recommended to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

It was the perfect place for our family gathering. To our surprise a new upgraded play structure was installed which was not shown on the photos. The 3 and 5 year olds loved it a lot. The garage space turned into a playroom was brilliant! The kitchen was spacious and fun to cook in for our hungry tribe. Maybe another bench would be helpful to seat more folks around the dining table. The remodeled bathrooms were awesome. All was super clean, surfaces, linens and towels. What we could have done without is the scent in the towels and sheets. Overall it was a great experience, a happy get away.

Amazing place and very peaceful, we had a large family and it fit us perfect! Anything we needed the place was stocked with. Nadine was very responsive and helped with any questions we had! We will definitely be back for another stay! Thank you!!!

John was an excellent host. He was attentive to our needs and a very active communicator, which was great. The home was very spacious to fit a large group. The location is wonderful—quiet and in a nice, safe neighborhood. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Alice's house is stunning. Our group (2 families of 4) had plenty of space. Everything was spotless and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We especially enjoyed the hot tub! Communication with the host was fast and easy and she was very responsive. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended! We had a awesome time, our host provided great communication and the house was exactly what we hoped for. The weather was hot and the pool was the perfect, AC was cold for when we couldn't be in the pool. Fun to play pool, chess, cards and watch movies in the theatre room. Great kitchen with everything you need. Thank you for having us.

We love this place! Everything is new and spotless. Foosball and ping pong for the kids. Very well equipped kitchen. Mattresses comfy enough I took a photo of the brand/model. Paula and Adam are super responsive and helpful. A lot to like!!

We took our child to Tahoe to see snow for the first time and Randy and Mona’s place was just perfect for the occasion! It’s super close to the Soda Springs ski resort and makes it easier to manage the kid’s nap time. There was ton of snow around the house to build (little) snowmen. Randy and Mona were also incredibly responsive to messages, sent us restaurant recommendations ahead of time, and even heated up the place prior to our arrival. They even helped to ship us some headphones that we forgot at their place. Highly recommended for parents who want a bit of peace and quiet and the proximity to nearby kid-friendly ski resorts!

Roger’s place was wonderful! Very clean and had plenty of space for everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were here for work and weren’t able to enjoy all this place had to offer, but would love to come back again for a vacation! Roger was excellent with the communication and extremely flexible and helpful.
