Alessandro and Jayson are very smart great people that I would love to stay with them again anytime im visiting I enjoyed chatting with them and asking them questions they were very welcoming, kind and open to talk and give information, recommendations and advice I hope you really enjoy this place as much as I did !

Perfect house for our stay in Phoenix. This place can easily accommodate 3 couples or a large family. Outdoor space is very nice- enjoyed the pool, hot tub and BBQ. Highly recommend!

Eric was a great host and was always communicative for all questions. The house was beautiful! It was perfectly decorated and furnished. This was a great home for our family to stay and be incredibly comfortable. There are many toys for all-ages of kids and my girls were very happy about that! The pool was very clean and patio furniture was very comfortable (and new). The outdoor firepit was great for our family to sit outside and enjoy a lovely evening outside talking and connecting. I would very much like to book again! The home was perfectly located just doors away from our parent's home. Very convenient and one of our best vacations!

It was a beautiful and clean home. It is mine and my kids first time out in Arizona and we had a great time. We were also able to relax the first day out there. I love how there are alot of things to do nearby. Theres still so much that we would like to do. We will be coming back out. Not sure when but hopefully soon.

I had a fantastic stay at Carolyn’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Carolyn was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stephanie was an amazing host! Her home was gorgeous. She offered a TON of amenities and thoughtful touches inside the home. The decor was beautiful and the backyard was an incredible place to hang out. We especially loved the pool, the fire pit, and the outdoor kitchen area. The beds were comfy and the house felt very high end. Stephanie checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. If you are coming to explore Phoenix or the surrounding areas, I would 100% recommend Stephanie’s house. Your family will have the best stay!

James has a beautiful and private home in Phoenix and I am SO jealous! I especially loved the historic touches throughout the home and the lovely garden with water features that truly made it even more relaxing. Parking is very private and you can see your car from the bedroom window. The space was clean and tidy, there was even some cold filtered water and ice for guests! Plenty of towels and tp in the bathroom. The a/c was super cold and perfect after a hot day in Phoenix. I will 100% be returning to stay at James’ place the next time I am in town! Thank you so much!

This place was SO cute!!! Easy to check-in, had so many extra amenities. Which I NEVER see in other airbnbs. Exercise equipment, color safe shampoo and many soap choices in the shower, extra hair ties, good quality perfume, luggage stand, games, books, plenty of kitchen supplies. It just felt like a friend and gotten an apartment ready for me to visit and stocked it UP. You can tell Ashley is very generous and thoughtful with her properties. Ashley was also very responsive and answered any questions we had. And the beds were so comfortable!! Would stay her again and again!

I truly enjoyed my stay!! It was super clean, easy to find, and in the middle of everything…. Not to mention access to their fitness center 😏💪🏾!!! I would definitely book again.

Great and clean place

Calen’s place was exactly what we needed for our Phoenix stay on our road trip from CA to CO! Such a lovely place—just like the photos. Cool inside, even in the 110 degree weather! A cool neighborhood too. Walkable and clearly popular on a weekend night, but still quiet so we got a good night’s sleep. So great that it’s dog-friendly too! Our doggo loved it as much as we did. We’ll be back!

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This was a nice, basic accommodation. Nothing fancy but served our purposes. Clean and comfortable. The host was responsive, for example, when we noticed there weren't enough blankets, it was resolved very quickly. Comfortable beds and nice cold A/C. I would stay here again.

Great spot if you're splitting time for a tournament between Peoria and Surprise. Place was quiet, comfortable and clean...matched description and photos. I would stay again.
