Apartment holiday rentals in Büchlberg

We felt super comfortable, the apartment matched the pictures and was very well maintained. The balcony with a beautiful view of the mountain and valley, as well as the sauna really picked us up! (although the sauna door unfortunately does not close 100%) After a long hike, we were able to completely relax and unwind here. What still needs to be said is that the apartment is located in a kind of "holiday village", so there are no direct restaurants or shops, but always the way to rain (about 5 minutes by car) must be made. But that was not a problem for us, as we were traveling by car anyway. On the whole, we were more than satisfied with the accommodation, as well as with the check-in, which went smoothly. We will be happy to come back! ☺️

If you've never stayed in the Schmiedgasse, you should definitely do it. You can't actually find a more beautiful and better place to stay. Best location in the city center with beautiful cafés and bars, 5 minutes' walk to the rest of the old town. The apartment is great and has everything you need. Authentic accommodation in one of the winding buildings typical of Passau. Kitchen, shower, bathroom, everything great. Clean and cozy. You can park, for example, in Mariahilf (up the hill behind the house) or further back in the city center. Daniel is also very nice and always responded quickly!

We had a great stay here. it was very comfortable and peaceful. The apartment was very clean and the beds provided a great sleep. We appreciated the washer and dryer too. The location is perfectly situated on the Danube, which makes it a beautiful view, and it is fun to watch the river traffic. Would gladly stay here again. There are restaurants within walking distance.

Great location, a few minutes' walk from the train station. Through the underpass, you enter the Frauengasse under the highway directly into the Frauengasse and after a few steps you are also right in the city center and on the river promenade. The apartment offers everything you need. I would book it again.

The apartment is located on the edge of the holiday resort and therefore the view towards Hauzenberg and the surrounding area is unspoiled and beautiful. It is extremely quiet. The holiday resort is very well maintained thanks to dedicated caretakers. The outdoor pool is a bit chilly. The indoor pool is a little warmer. In combination with the sauna, where you have to register for use (if others have not already done so), it is very pleasant. The apartment is quite well equipped. The mattress of the double bed is a little soft (matter of taste).

We had a fantastic stay at Jennifer’s place. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was there we needed! Very nice host! I can definitely recommend the apartment!

Patrick & Kerstin's apartment was great. Very spacious, clean and modern. The kitchen invites you to cook yourself. You sleep peacefully and have no noise from traffic or anything else. The hosts live in the same house on the upper floor, but you have your privacy thanks to your own front door. There is also something for children.

Everything is great. Easy to deal with the host. Great area. Lots to discover.

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

We have stayed in many airbnbs. This was one of our very favorites. The apartment is spacious and light and very tastefully decorated. It was comfortable and welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The location was superb. I would recommend this spot without any hesitation. We would change nothing about our stay, and are already making plans to stay here again in the future. Absolutely loved it!

We spent a week in Deggendorf with Johanna and Johann, who are very attentive and friendly hosts. The penthouse is cozy, practical and tastefully furnished. The beds are comfortable. We had caught a lot of rain and so instead of hiking we got to know some museums, e.g. the museums in the village (crafts and local history).

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

We had a nice, relaxing weekend in Deepthis accommodation 😊 The apartment was very clean and sweetly equipped. Deepthi responded really quickly and the communication was super pleasant. What you might want to know: contrary to the pretty accommodation, the house in which it is located cannot quite keep up. It didn't bother us, we would have been grateful for such a note in the reviews.

We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. The sauna and whirlpool (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, courteous and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

We have been able to use Martin's cottage for a few days, in one word AMAZING. everything you can think of is present and clean. beautiful quiet clean environment large garden present .plus point is you have quite a lot of privacy in the garden .the photos correspond to what it advertises. we will definitely come back, we recommend it to everyone if you want to stay in Linz for a few days, book the apartment 😉

My parents and their friends had both booked apartments and were very satisfied. The communication with Max was very reliable and friendly, the check-in was straightforward. The apartments are very cozily furnished, clean and you have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The bathrobe walk to the spa is particularly advantageous. We can also highly recommend the Greek restaurant nearby. My parents and friends really enjoyed their vacation and will definitely be back!

We were able to book the accommodation for our family of 4 (daughter 4 years, son 1 1/2 years) for 3 days very spontaneously and are very, very happy about this coincidence! The accommodation was even more beautiful than shown in the photos, especially the surrounding area was a real paradise for our children, including a petting zoo! Petra welcomed us warmly and was quick to reach with all concerns/ questions. The accommodation is located not far from the (very touristy) city of Krumau and the large lake. Perfect for day trips. We can fully recommend staying with Petra!!
