Sawmill Eschachthal Apt. Eisenbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into Sleeping Beauty's sleep in the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion to a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw was preserved in particular by the refurbished visible beams. The house is located at 900m altitude, the climate is therefore a bit rougher, in the summer nevertheless very sunny. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

Welcome to the heart of the Allgäu. Our quietly located first floor apartment for 1-2 people is located on the outskirts of Wiggensbach, with fantastic views of the Alps. The approx. 70 sqm newly furnished apartment offers business travelers & couples in particular distance from everyday life & the necessary pinch of relaxation. In our Hotel Allgäuherz, 1.4 km away, apartment guests can dine in the à la carte restaurant, as well as enjoy our rich breakfast buffet (€10 per person) & the hotel sauna.

Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Willkommen in unserer schönen, modernen und stylisch eingerichteten, abgelegen Wohnung im Allgäu. Diese verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und einen Wohn/Essbereich mit abgetrenntem Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett. Auf dem bequemen Sofa können zusätzlich zwei Personen übernachten. Die voll ausgestattete Küche lädt zum kochen ein.Überall Fußbodenheizung. Bach rauschen und Kuhglocken läuten. Eigenen Terrasse und Garten sind in Bearbeitung aber momentan nicht fertig

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

The picturesquely located and very quiet village of Kreuzthal in Allgäu is attractive in all seasons. Ideal for sports activities, whether hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing or mountain biking. In the summer you can swim in the free public swimming pool (200 m away) or in the Eschacher Weiher; in winter the nearest trails or ski resorts are not far away. Our vacation apartment is located in the picturesque Allgäu foothills of the Alps. Triangle Isny - Leutkirch - Kempten In a sunny location directly in the village center. The apartment is on the top floor of our detached house with its own entrance and a pretty, sunny south-facing balcony. It is generously proportioned (approx. 70 sqm) and ideal for 2 people. The roof beams have been left in place and give the apartment a cozy touch.

Whether you enjoy the sunset from the roof terrace overlooking the Allgäu Alps or plan a mountain bike tour and a hike directly from your apartment door - nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation here. In winter, you can start extensive tours at an altitude of 900 m with snowshoes and cross-country skis - directly in the climatic health resort - or explore all the Allgäu ski resorts within a 30 km drive.
