Modernly converted overseas container as a tiny house

The modern residential unit consists of upcycling overseas containers. The disused freight containers have found a new home with us - a safe harbor in Wertheim. From the creative upcycling idea, not only our environment benefits, but also you. The Tiny House offers you everything you would expect from a modern microhouse on 26m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own house.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Moderner Altstadt-Diamant

Erlebe eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem stilvoll eingerichteten Altstadt-Diamanten im Herzen Buchens. Das historische Fachwerkhaus wurde 2024 komplett renoviert und überzeugt mit einer Kombination aus Klassik und Moderne. Die Lage ist ideal für den fußläufigen Zugang zur Innenstadt sowie für Tagesausflüge in den Odenwald. Aber auch für verregnete Tage ist mit Flachbildfernseher, Couch, schnellem Internet und moderner Einbauküche mit Nespresso-Maschine vorgesorgt.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

This unique oasis of tranquility offers you the opportunity to relax in the middle of a picturesque setting and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The lovingly restored building offers you an unforgettable experience. Enjoy the idyllic atmosphere, the birdsong, explore the surrounding nature and relax by the babbling stream, the Morre.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

The unspoilt nature awaits you in the Special Protection Area 6521-311 "Elzbachtal und Odenwald Neckargerach", in the middle of the forest and yet sunny, right by the brook.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Waldbrunn is a climatic health resort. You can walk to a riding stable or a thermal bath in 5 minutes. Cycling or hiking, for example, to the Katzenbuckel where there is also a lake. In the thermal bath there is also tourist information.
