Before renting this place, I read the comments and saw that everyone praised Mr. Mustafa and I was curious. During the first introduction, I told him that everyone had mentioned him and that there were very good comments. I saw that there was much more than what was actually written. I have never seen a host who is so helpful, kind, naive and understanding. He answered all our calls, supported all our requests, and even gave me the Izmirkart when I said we would take the ferry. I mean, you'll really know when you go and stay. The house is already a huge house with 3 bedrooms for large families. It also has a garden in the back. But it was better than home to get to know Mustafa Bey. I highly recommend it.

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful accommodation experience, the house was extremely well designed and almost every detail was thought out. My family and I had a great time here. I hope to come back and I recommend it to everyone ☺️

Ms. Melek's house was very close to the house I stayed in before, I preferred it because it was a location and environment I knew, I was satisfied with the house, it is a very ideal house for 2 people, we were satisfied, in short, we were satisfied with both the location and the house.

Mr. Burak is very friendly. He is helpful and kind. The location of the house is close to the stops, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. We encountered a house as in the photos. It was clean and tidy. It had all the supplies and spares. Just due to the building, the sound insulation is a little insufficient. Other than that, everything was beautiful.
