The "Studio 4 Parkside Apartments" holiday flat is located in Günzburg and is perfect for an unforgettable stay with your loved ones. The 45 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include high-speed WiFi (suitable for video calls), a workstation for home office, a TV, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dishwasher. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (follow pictures). Perfect for unwinding and unwinding...

Our location offers easy access to the highway, which allows you to reach Ulm-25 min Stuttgart, Augsburg, Munich, the Allgäu and Lake Constance in just about an hour. Legoland is only 8 km away. Our house is quietly yet centrally located. The nearest supermarket and bakery can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Legoland ist nur knappe 3-5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Selbst mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß wärst du schnell dort. Aber auch in die Stadt (Marktplatz) sind es nur 15 Gehminuten. Der perfekte Ort für Familienurlaub.
