Right below the old town you will stay in the 2nd floor of a stylishly furnished, fully equipped 3-room apartment with kitchen and balcony. Within walking distance you can reach the market square with restaurants and cafes. The Legoland amusement park and from Pentecost 2024 also the Peppa Pig Park are only 4.4 km away. Relaxation can be found in the idyllic Donaumoos, which is only about 8 minutes from your accommodation. Or how about a shopping tour of Ulm? You can be there in 25 minutes.

Leipheim is a small town in Bavaria, a stone's throw away from Legoland Günzburg (approx. 6 km). Our approx. 73 sqm apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the small town center and 10 minutes walk from the Danube, so we are very close to the Danube bike path. From the motorway exit (A8 exit 66) you are at our accommodation in 3 minutes. We live with our two children (boy 10 and girl 13) in the same house with a separate entrance.

Our location offers easy access to the highway, which allows you to reach Ulm-25 min Stuttgart, Augsburg, Munich, the Allgäu and Lake Constance in just about an hour. Legoland is only 8 km away. Our apartment has a separate entrance and offers a parking space right by the house. Space for up to 4 people with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Pets upon request and for a fee! Grill something delicious on the sun deck or have food delivered directly from the pub to your tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.
