Cutest cabin!! Very comfortable!

This is our second time coming back here and it is fantastic! The staff is nice and the setting of the cabin is so calm and peaceful it was perfect for just getting away from the city and enjoying nature! Will definitely come back here again!

We have a lovely stay here. Clean and tidy place. Lake was also nice. Shelby was very good at communication, the reply was within 10-15 min. I will probably bring my all familiars in the future. We checked in and went to the casino and back at 2 pm.

We were only there for one night but would definitely go back, great location, friendly neighbors and lots to do!

Absolutely loved the cabin at the lake. It was very well maintained-seemed like it was fairly new. The night light option on the switch in the bathroom was my favorite-I hate having to take a night light to a hotel for the bathroom! The only thing that I would have liked, is some kind of small stand in the bathroom for toiletries and maybe a small stand to place a suitcase on. Will be returning next week-I love it!

The cabin was small and peaceful. A couple of the exhibits were not open during our arrival pending weather and season. Other than that, we had a great stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and the area was relaxing.

Great stay at this cabin. I stayed alone and it was extremely peaceful and quiet. The cabin itself was the perfect size, the AC was soo good and easily able to control.

We had a group of 10 who stayed at Pete's place for our annual bass tournament. This was the absolute perfect place for us! Plenty of space to accommodate us and very close to the lake/boat ramp. Pete was very helpful and responsive in being flexible with us and providing great instructions and information. There were plenty of games and activities for us to enjoy, along with a great hang out area at the mess hall. We enjoyed the big screen TV and pool table set up out there, and there were plenty of items stocked in the kitchen for everyday use. I can't recommend Pete and his beautiful place to anyone looking for a great, peaceful getaway at Lake Bois D'arc! Especially if you have a large group and need separate spaces. It was an overall great time! Thanks again Pete for hosting us!

Excellent stay! Super cozy space and very cabin-esque! The kitchen/grill area was useful and stocked with lots of supplies/necessities. Fun little walk to the pond on property. Very peaceful and quiet. The beginning of our stay was COLD while the end of our stay was HOT; however, the a/c unit and space heater in the cabin kept us comfortable under both conditions. The bed was very comfy. Definitely recommend this place!

This is a beautiful property and the house was well stocked and just right for the 2 of us. I would have liked to have hot water and a can of wasp spray to kill the many bugs we had, but I loved this place. The lake setting was beautiful.

This place is beautiful. The house is very clean and well-appointed. Everything you are likely to need is already there. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. Justin was great with the communication. This home has an incredible view and we sat on the front porch and listened to the birds for a long time. Neighborhood is very quiet. We will absolutely come back. One of the best homes I have ever visited. Fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this peaceful, well-stocked cabin. It’s quiet & surrounded by nature, yet just 5 minutes from downtown Denison. The private ponds are stocked for fishing, & kayaks with 2 life jackets were available. We enjoyed sunsets from the porch overlooking the treetops & skyline. The hosts were exceptional. They picked up & placed an anniversary bouquet I ordered as a surprise for my wife. After a storm, they personally stopped by to check on us. They were also quick to respond to anything else we needed, making the stay seamless. Inside was spotless & very comfortable. The A/C & fans handled the 100° heat with no issues. The kitchen was stocked with a full-size fridge/freezer, stove, oven, Keurig with a variety of coffees & creamers, filtered water pitcher, & an ice tray. We also appreciated the washer/dryer with detergent, plenty of towels, fire pit, porch swing, & ring-and-hook game. A perfect weekend getaway—private, relaxing, & clearly cared for.

Our stay at the Texas Tiny Cabins is the definition of Plan B being better than Plan A. A happy accident left us staying in Cabins 1-3 for my daughter’s birthday weekend getaway. She and her seven friends had the best time sunning on the dock, kayaking in the pond, exploring and of course taking ALL the pictures. It was peaceful and perfect. The cabins are adorable and afforded them the space they needed to have fun while keeping them close and safe. It couldn’t have been better than if we planned it that way. I can’t wait to go back for a Mom’s Weekend!
