This home was an ideal getaway for my family! The backyard and pool was the perfect spot for everyone. The lake view is amazing and it’s within minutes from the Casino! We will definitely be back again.

This home was very nice, much like the pictures and listing information. We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The pool and patio furniture are an excellent amenity, and we spent a lot of time out there. Being located in a very private and quiet neighborhood is a definite plus. We would definitely book again.

I honestly didn’t expect the house to look as nice as it did. Meg you did your big one with this house!! it had a nice backyard, tall ceiling, big space and it’s in a nice location, and she was super sweet!! WILL be checking in here more often.

Hardin House was adorably perfect for our stay in Denison, TX. We stayed a week for a family reunion at Lake Texoma and were thrilled with its location. Only a mile from Main Street shops and restaurants in Denison, 10 minutes from the lake, and a little over an hour day trip to Dallas. Perfect for our group of five, with two full bathrooms and two bedrooms and a pull-out. All amenities were as stated and Ana was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had such a great time! This house was perfect for our mother daughter weekend. The house was freshly decorated and looked fabulous. The location was peaceful and on the water. The hosts were so easy to communicate with. We would choose this place again if we needed a place to stay in Denison.

My family enjoy the home . We took my Mom to casino for her 75th birthday. She had a blast. The home was very convenient and well kept up.

My large family stayed here June 2025 and it was PERFECT for us! The house easily accomodated a large group, with an plenty of parking, an open floorplan, and lots of seating downstairs (living room/kitchen area), outside (back porch), and in the garage game room. There were quite a few bugs outside so we did not utilize the hot tub, firepit area, or upstairs balcony; however, the shuffle board, pool table, and darts kept us busy late into the night. We loved our stay here! Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with a king bed and large master bathroom. There is also 1/2 bath downstairs. Upstairs includes the other 3 bedrooms (1 king bed) (2 queen beds) (4 twin beds) which share 1 full bathroom. As expected, there are challenges with 10 people sharing 1 bathroom; however, the hosts made the most of the space with a small vanity/desk area in the hallway. Overall, we loved the cuteness, cleanliness, and comfortability of the space. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was good! The walk down the lake isn’t too terrible, we drove to a trail and parked and then walked down! The kayaks were such an added bonus for us, we had so much fun; however, we did have to rinse them off a bit beforehand! The home itself has many outdoor sitting areas which is great and we enjoyed those! Most of the true beach accesses were closed due to high lake levels, I would in the future let guests know of those conditions upon arrival, it took us a bit to find somewhere that was close by and open, I asked Lauren where to go since we are not from the area and she quickly called and told me exactly where to go and we had a great time! Lauren is great as well, quick responses and very friendly! The beds were super comfy and clean as well, our only issue was the lights in the kitchen did not work, but we made do with flashlights and I’m sure just a light bulb was out, not a biggie for us!

Unfortunately we had a power outage to the whole neighborhood which I do not hold the host accountable for, but we would have definitely stayed the entire stay if it wasn’t for that. The house was clean, him and his wife are very communicative and helpful especially with the local area. Would definitely recommend. Thank you wil for not only helping us with our stay but helping us fix our stay.

Great location if you're fishing a tournament out of Catfish Bay. It's about 10 mins away from the ramp and has boat parking for 2-3 boats. It's a place where you can feel confident that your boat and belongings in it are safe and will be there when you get up in the morning. One thing is they don't have WiFi so you need to hotspot from your phone if you want to watch TV. Also, no central air, so each room has a window AC unit, which worked fine for us.

We had an incredible stay at this amazing fun house! With a huge back porch, a hot tub, and endless games for all ages, it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s graduation from Southeastern State University. Our entire family of 15 came, and even a few friends dropped by to join in the fun. There was more than enough space and entertainment for everyone. The house was clean, comfortable, and packed with things to do—no one was ever bored. Highly recommend for large families or groups looking for a memorable getaway!
