The apartment is best suited for up to 4, but a 5th person can sleep on a mattress in the living room. Child-friendly. Spacious living room, partially screened kitchen, hall, toilet, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Laundry basement. No party/smoking! Longer stays possible.

It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. A dog usually lives with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

The garden is open and convenient for play. There is hardly any traffic in the area at the same time as there are several good bus services. Great hiking trails in the woods that are close by. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 4 parking spaces + EV charger access. Children's equipment (see last photo) can be arranged for a small fee.

Apartment of 40 sqm with kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms, as well as sofa bed in living room . It belongs with a garage space to the apartment. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of a shop and bus stop. The bus takes 15 minutes to the city and leaves every 10 minutes during rush hour. The apartment has a veranda with outdoor furniture + barbecue, and is covered with roof. Short distance to Estendstadmarka and Ikea and the apartment is easy to access from the E6.

NEW modern apartment at Solsiden

This apartment-building has (maybe?) the best possible location in Trondheim, and was finished in 2018. You can easily walk to the old part of town (Bakklandet), citycenter and Solsiden. My apartment is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), and is about 45m2. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, including a coffee-machine. There will be bedsheets, towels, iron, hairdryer ect. available. The busstop "Soksiden" takes your directly to the airport. Big shared rooftop :-)

The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest grocery and bus stop that takes you into the city center in 10 minutes. Both Lerkendal and NTNU Gløshaugen you can stroll to in 12-15 minutes (although public transport is also available). It is possible to dispose of one parking space.
