Chevroux is a popular resort in the Canton of Vaud in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with a campsite and around 100 weekend and holiday cottages near the lake. It has a marina with over 1000 berths. The apartment on the ground floor of a holiday home with a large garden was completely renovated in 2020 and is located directly on the edge of the "La Grande Cariçaie" nature reserve. Lake Neuchâtel is an 8-minute walk and easily accessible by bike in 5 minutes.
