Are you visiting La Crosse to paddle, fish, hike, bike, or ski? With bluff views, the Bicycle Professor's Bungalow is close to it all. My home is a ten minute walk to the marvelous Marsh Trail system that links the University to Downtown. I will happily offer tips for restaurants, walks, bicycle rides and places to ski. The Driftless terrain is endless!

La Crosse is super close to enjoy skiing/snowboarding. 15 minute drive to downtown La Crosse and 3 miles North of Stoddard puts you in a great central location for the area. Pets are welcome. Escape to our cozy 192 sq. ft. cabin in nature! Enjoy electricity, a Keurig, microwave, toaster, electric stove, A/C, and heat. With no running water, a porta potty and hand washing jug are provided. Stay refreshed with bottled water and unwind in tranquility. The cabin is perched in the upper corner of our 15 acre property. We are in the heart of the driftless region and amish country! Enjoy nearby outdoor activities at state parks and many lakes, rivers, hiking trails, & much more!!

The River Shack

Available year round. Perfect for a family get away or for hunters and fishermen. Full kitchen, 2 tables set up for eating. Large carport for parking under or sitting under if it is raining, you don't have to be trapped inside. Enclosed porch that looks out over the Great Mississippi River. Every sunset is beautiful!! Seating outside, firepit (bring your own firewood), swingset and sandbox for little ones. Also has your very own bar & TV. FYI. Property is by the rail road tracks.

Close to Kwik Trip, Walgreens, Food and Animal Watching! 10 min. away from downtown and UWL! Faye's Place is my childhood home and is a small immersive experience.
