Holiday rentals with a patio in Brownstown Township

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

Beautiful place to visit. The studio was super clean, inviting and so comfortable. The view was beautiful- waking up to the sunrise every morning. A stone's throw to the beach, which was very clean and well kept. A great getaway for downtime and privacy. Not a lot to do other than the beach, but a state park only 15 minutes away. Would definitely book this place again!

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Quick in and out trip to Detroit and the place was great for the short time we stayed. Bree and Kevin were super responsive and kind. Great Hosts! Got to meet their son too, who is adorable.

Nice and cozy place, very peaceful, and easy to access. Used it for an overnight stay for a concert and was very pleased! Ky had great response time as well!

Thank you for making us feel welcome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautifully decorated space. The flowers, snacks, water and slippers were a personal touch. Lots of room to spread out and celebrate with family. The location was perfect for getting around Windsor easily. A peaceful oasis close by everywhere you wanted to go.

Wow! I am tempted to go back to Windsor just to stay at Ebrahim's Labelle Lodge! Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect and impeccably attended to. Ebrahim is an amazing host, going to the nth degree to ensure you are made to feel pampered. He makes all the difference while staying at his gem of a retreat. My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was a great location- walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Its very spacious and had everything! Christopher was very responsive and helpful!! Would recommend if you’re visiting Windsor!

The perfect romantic getaway! My partner and I rented it as a mini-honeymoon after our wedding, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and refresh. The place struck a wonderful balance between feeling like home and an escape. With so many vintage games, art, and things to explore inside the house, we never left during our 2-day stay!

Betty’s lake house was great for our trip. She prepared lots of goodies for us and was quick to respond and extremely flexible and accommodating! My favorite part was coffee on the deck overlooking the beautiful view and fishing from her large pier area. The house is very spacious and welcoming. It is on a very busy road so it was a bit loud at times but the peacefulness on the deck seemed to make the noise less distracting. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a getaway! Our stay at Chris’s home was excellent. Everything was at our fingertips, from restaurants to shopping and let’s not forget the boardwalk and casino. Thank you again Chris! We will definitely recommend your home to other's.

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

Had a great stay - super easy to find and get in, great comfy spot with all the necessities. Lovely quiet neighborhood area with a park nearby but still pretty close to downtown.

Lovely condo, close to stores and not far from airport. Very well maintained space, lots of nice touches to make it feel extra cozy. I would highly recommend staying when needing a comfortable stay while in the area. It was helpful that the condo rental came with a parking spot.
