The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. We now accept friendly well mannered dogs for a fee and by negotiation only. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Amazing property in a peaceful and private location, very well equipped and lot's of space for everyone to spread out. Chris was very responsive, allowed us to have an earlier check-in time and provided us with easy to follow instructions to find the place. Loved the extra little details like loading up the firepit for us to use on the first night, and providing ample amounts of firewood. Highly recommend this property and would love to come back for a longer stay next time. Thanks Chris!

Quaint tiny home at the bottom of the hill. Trevor was a great host and their 4 friendly dogs accompanied us for parts of the night. Accomodation was clean and well equipped with cooking utensils, firepit, wifi and a TV. There were also a lot of animals like kangaroos, wombats, alpacas and cows around the area. Overall we really enjoyed your stay!

We had a lovely time at The Eyrie. Fabulous views, very cosy once you got the fire going, and high quality bathrooms and bed linen. We used the pizza oven which was great fun and a good project for the men! Pizza's turned out delicious too. Easy striking distance of Kangaroo Valley and Berry with lots of options for food and drink if you don't want to snuggle up at home. We got up close to a wombat at the Lookout at the end of the road, which was a bonus. Although the road is nearby it didn't disturb us and the house is very private. Highly recommend.

A unique stay in a beautiful converted dairy that has been lovingly restored. Some gorgeous personal touches such as the time capsule letter option and a jar of duck food. Amanda was very responsive prior to our stay and super friendly and welcoming. Everything was exactly as described. We loved relaxing in the dairy space and also had a great afternoon at the winery with wine tasting and delicious lunch (paid separately) with just a short stroll home afterwards! Can’t wait to go back!
