Ciao Daniela, what a dream it was to stay at your place! I already can't wait to come back. The room was fabulously decorated, more spacious than the pictures. super clean and well-though out space. Felt super private but in the warmth of someone else's environment. The setting on your farm is unbelievable beautiful. The chickens, cats and dogs - all added to the experience. What a beautiful and serene place - like something out of a fairy tale. This is what AIR BNB used to be about, staying with a host (who is welcoming and proactive like yourself) and you have a real authentic experience of staying in someone's home. You even invited me to pick berries from your farm. Thank you so much for everything. This was not just a stay - this is an experience!

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

This place in located in less than 1 hour from Rho Fiera Milano in a very quiet and picturesque place with wonderful air. Apartment was perfectly clean and really nice and well equipped with a nice terrace with a forest view. With comfortable beds, pillows and a nice sleeping experience in general There are no restaurants in a walking distance around.

The little house is a five star property with clean and comfortable furniture, amazing garden and breath taking lake views. We had all the amenities we needed for the entire stay and kathi have been very helpful. If you book this property, prepare to have an amazing private space but prepare to walk down some stairs to reach the little house.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fiorella's house, which was perfectly located in a peaceful environment. Fiorella was really responsive and welcoming. The house is well adapted to a small family. We will definitely come back to Fiorella's house

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

We are delighted with our stay in Prémeno, which is a very pleasant village. The accommodation was consistent with the photos and we were able to enjoy the balcony. We sympathized with Donatella, she is an available and very warm person that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this cottage.

We were there a few years ago - we liked it then as much as we do now. The apartment is very cozy and offers enough space to stay indoors (for toddlers, a sun-free place with air conditioning is also great :)). We also liked the opportunity to get a cappuccino downstairs and drink it on our own balcony. Communication with Francesca was very straightforward and fast, check-in and check-out were also very easy and flexible. We can certainly imagine coming here a third time. :)

Roberto has such an amazing place. We loved its central location and Roberto was a great host! He gave us great recommendations for food and drink and staying here was a highlight of our trip. If you go to Stresa, this is the place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was very clean, and the design is truly unique and authentic, many details were handmade with care. Despite the hot weather outside, it stayed pleasantly cool inside, which made a big difference. The space is generous and well-organized, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were especially cozy — we slept really well. The location is also great. Just a short walk away, there’s a nice bar and a pizzeria with delicious food. There’s also a small grocery store nearby, which is very convenient (open until 7:30 PM). The apartment is near a park and a church, but we were never disturbed by noise, thanks to excellent soundproofing. Free parking is available in the nearby park area, and we always found a spot without any problem. For swimming, the closest spot we found was in Pettenasco — a small but cozy lakeside area just 10-15 minutes away by car. From there, you can also take a ferry to the island. Highly recommend

The aparment is exactly as described and as all the other reviews have said. Lovely space, great location. It does get quite noisey over the weekend though, with the sounds and music from all the restaurants and bars down at the lake drifting up. One night the very loud music went on until just after midnight. A small unpleasantness - but still, to be aware of.

Cristina met us down the road and helped us bring our luggage up. She was very helpful and provided clear instruction for checking in. Cristina communicated quickly and was very kind to us throughout our stay. The location of the apartment overlooks Lake Maggiore and provides a beautiful view of Isola Bella. It is a 15 minute walk to the train station, about 20 minute walk through the gorgeous promenade by the lake shore and once you are in the city center if Stresa, you can try delicious traditional Piedmont dishes, purchase Piedmont cheeses and salami from Conad which is about 20 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a Carrefour store in the city center for quick shopping. Overall, the apartment’s location was excellent, the surroundings are gorgeous, the people of Stresa are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend staying oh good at Cristina’s place for a sun-filled and relaxing getaway.

the stay at Stefania's was excellent! The apartment is extremely clean, very well equipped and arranged and pleasant to live in (beautiful decorations). It is located in a quiet area while being in the center of Stresa, 2 minutes' walk from the lake, a real plus. Stefania is very welcoming, friendly and gives very good advice. There are really only positive points to note. And the Lake Maggiore region is enchanting. Thank you again for your hospitality, Stefania, and your kindness.

The place is actually better than the pictures. Very nice, clean and tidy apartment with all you can need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen fully furnished, towels, washing machine, etc. We really felt like at home. The location is also perfect, 5 minutes walking from the center, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. There was a problem with the bus we were supposed to take from Arona when we arrived at night (never showed up), so Giulia was so kind and ask her uncles Marina and Francesco to pick us up at the station. They were also very nice and even helped us to find an open restaurant for dinner. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Baveno.

Cozy and spacious apartment in a great location. Friendly and caring host. The best way to find the place by car is at the restaurant mentioned in the instructions. The address of the apartment led me to the small streets. Overall, I can recommend!

Lovely to be greeted with a big smile and helpful tips on what to do. The place was perfect size with beautiful view and access to swim in the lake. Perfect for a family with lakeside walk path to beautiful village square. Would rent again.

Antonio is super friendly and helpful with local guidance on attractions such as the waterfall which was really beautiful and completely empty, and a great swim! The room was lovely and had everything you could possibly need with a fully capable kitchen

It’s a no brainer to stay here. Fully immersed in the lake. Moon light at night on the water and during the day you watch classic boats. You’re on the quiet part of the lake and arguably the most beautiful part of it as we drove the whole lake for 5 days. You’re surrounded by Italians and more engaged with Italian culture here. You’re a 25min drive to Menaggio where you can car ferry. Car is highly recommended. I would go to a larger supermarket prior to coming as there only seemed to be mini limited markets around.

Apartment is located against the mountain above Stresa and gives a fantastic view over Stresa and Lago Maggiore. Especially in the evening, it is beautiful with all the lights of the places around the lake and the islands in front of Stresa. In addition, Rosanna and Roberto were always ready with tips for restaurants and attractions and very easy to reach. It was a fantastic vacation in a beautiful setting in a lovely apartment. We enjoyed it very much.

We spent 4 nights in an absolutely ideal place to rest. The setting is very quiet, with a magnificent view of the lake, perfect for disconnecting. We had an accommodation with an outdoor kitchen, which was really nice to fully enjoy the environment. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. The place is also perfectly suited for a stay with a small child: there is a sandbox, a swing, some toys on site, a high chair, a baby bed... even board games for family evenings. The owners are lovely, with lots of little touches that make the difference: on our arrival, fresh fruits, yogurts, beers... And for those who like their peace, don't worry, we hardly saw them The only small point of improvement in my opinion would be the addition of a small pool, it would really be the icing on the cake. But otherwise, everything was great, a real little corner of paradise

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !
