Energieneutraal knus vakantiehuisje

Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

The cottage is built on the property of the owner's house but has its own entrance. The cottage is located in a nice quiet residential area just 1 km from the Royal Palace Soestdijk. The wooded area is a paradise for cyclists, walkers, horse riders. The cottage has its own terrace in the owner's garden. En wat dacht u van lekker winkelen in ’t Loo, de weekmarkt, winkelcentrum ’t Hoekstuk of het station centrum, alles is mogelijk. De levensgenieters kunnen hun hart ophalen bij een van de heerlijke restaurants en op een zomerse avond loopt u zo naar Di Fiorentina voor een ambachtelijk ijsje.

Ook op fietsafstand: de beste winkelstad van Nederland Haarlem met zijn vele restaurants en gezellige kroegen. Goed bereikbaar met de trein en slechts 30 minuten van Amsterdam Centrum.
